Abbey is responsible for all Bowmark's administrative and support functions, including the overall management of the office. She is also an executive assistant to the investment team.
Prior to Bowmark, Abbey was personal assistant to the Head of Acquisitions and Head of Location Portfolio Planning for the property team at The Co-op Food. She has a degree in events management from Sheffield Hallam University.
Alice is an executive assistant to the investment team. Prior to Bowmark, she was executive assistant to the Founder & CEO of ARgENTUM Apothecary Ltd. She has a degree in psychology from Oxford Brookes University.
Antonia is a partner at Bowmark and leads the tech-enabled business services practice. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has been involved in a number of investments including LOD, Kubrick Group and Pirum.
Prior to Bowmark, Antonia worked at DC Advisory, where she was latterly a member of the corporate finance team focused on Business Services. During her time at DC Advisory, she completed acquisitions and debt advisory transactions across a number of sectors for corporate and private equity clients. She has a degree in history from Durham University.

Ben joined Bowmark in 2021 and is a member of the firm's tech-enabled business services and data and insight teams.
Prior to Bowmark, he was a member of the corporate finance team at Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on transactions in the data and analytics sector. Ben has a first class degree in engineering from Durham University.
Ben joined Bowmark in 2021 and is a member of the firm's portfolio management and value creation team.
Prior to Bowmark, Ben was a managing director at AnaCap Financial Partners where he focused on portfolio management. Before that, he spent 10 years in strategic management consultancy with Bain & Company and LEK Consulting. He has an MA in neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA charter holder.

Carolyn joined Bowmark in 2023 to develop and lead the firm's people strategy, applying human capital and talent best practices to strengthen the company and accelerate its people development.
Carolyn has 30 years of experience as a chartered business psychologist. Throughout her career as a senior advisor, Carolyn has worked with a broad range of clients and sectors on a variety of projects, including talent identification and development, leadership and management development, and senior-level assessment.
Carolyn has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and a master's degree in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester. She is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Charles is a managing partner of Bowmark and a co-chairman of the Investment Committee. He established Bowmark in 1997.
Prior to Bowmark, he worked in investment banking with Morgan Stanley in London and New York, and in strategic management consultancy with the Boston Consulting Group. He has a first class degree from Oxford University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Dana joined Bowmark in August 2023 as an investment manager. Prior to Bowmark, she worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and, most recently, as an investment manager at Crescent Capital Partners.
Dana has a first class degree in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney.
David is a partner of Bowmark and a member of the Investment Committee. He is a member of the firm's data and insight team. He is also responsible for investor relations and ESG. Since joining Bowmark in 2006, he has been involved in investments across a range of industries, including Aston Lark, CARE Fertility and Tax Systems.
Prior to Bowmark, David worked for Brakes, the international food distribution business, as part of the management team put in place by private equity owners Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, where he led acquisitions and business unit turnarounds. Previously, he worked in strategic management consultancy with OC&C. He has a first class degree in engineering from Cambridge University.
David is financial controller of Bowmark and is jointly responsible for the accounting functions of both the group and its managed funds.
Prior to joining Bowmark, David was financial controller of Baird Capital. David has over ten years' experience in private equity including three years with Augentius based in both London and New York, and seven years with Baird Capital. David is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a degree in industrial economics from Nottingham University.
Davina joined Bowmark in 2022 and is jointly responsible for the Bowmark funds' accounts, tax and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Bowmark, Davina spent three years as a fund accountant at Graphite Capital. Davina has a degree in mathematics from the University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Accountant.
Emma joined Bowmark in 2023 to support the firm's research and origination activities. She works across several sectors, with a particular focus on the firm's tech-enabled business services practice.
Prior to Bowmark, Emma worked for Foresight Group as an origination analyst in the private equity team. She has a degree in history from The University of Sheffield.

Faustas joined Bowmark in 2023 as an investment executive. Prior to Bowmark, Faustas worked as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America, where he focused on transactions in the technology, media and telecoms sectors.
Faustas has a degree in international business from Northeastern University.
Faye joined Bowmark in 2010 and is responsible for the Bowmark funds' accounts. She also assists with the monitoring of the Fund Investment business. Faye is a qualified accounting technician.
Fiona is an investment director at Bowmark and is a member of the firm's data and insight practice. Since joining the firm in 2018, Fiona has been involved in a number of investments including IWSR, Pirum and Node4.
Prior to Bowmark, Fiona was a director at Cavendish Corporate Finance where she led a number of sell-side advisory transactions on behalf of both private equity and corporate clients. Previously Fiona spent four years at Deloitte Corporate Finance where she focused on financial due diligence in a range of sectors. She has a BSc in economics and finance from University College Dublin and is a Chartered Accountant.
Gavin is a partner of Bowmark and a member of the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the management of the firm's finance, compliance and support functions.
Prior to joining Bowmark, he spent nine years as finance director at Caird Capital. Gavin has over 17 years' experience in private equity including with Cinven and MidOcean Partners, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Guy Yarrow - Chief Investment Officer
Guy is an investment director at Bowmark and is a member of the firm's data and insight team. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has been involved in investments across a range of industries including Drake & Morgan, Leaders Romans Group and Oxford International. He is also a member of the Charity Committee.
Prior to Bowmark, Guy spent six years at Deloitte, where he was a member of the corporate finance team. During his time at Deloitte, he had a particular focus on the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector, where he completed numerous transactions. He has a first class degree in engineering from Durham University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Harriette joined Bowmark in 2023 and is a member of the value creation team. She works on projects across the portfolio and is responsible for the development, monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators for the firm's portfolio companies.
Prior to Bowmark, Harriette worked for Montagu in the portfolio and insights team. Previously, she spent seven years in M&A advisory roles at McGrathNicol and KPMG. Harriette has a degree in accounting and commercial law from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Accountant.
Hatti is a team assistant, providing administrative support to Bowmark's investment team. She has a bachelor's degree from Sheffield Hallam University.

Inderpal joined Bowmark in 2023 as an investment executive. Prior to Bowmark, Inderpal worked for Rothschild & Co in the firm's investment banking advisory practice, where he focused on transactions in the technology, media and telecoms sectors.
He has a degree in economics from The University of Nottingham.
Jamal is an investment manager at Bowmark and a member of the firm's software and managed IT services teams. Most recently, he was involved in Bowmark's investments in WSD and Littlefish.
Prior to Bowmark, he worked in investment banking at Royal Bank of Canada, where he focused on transactions in the financial services and business services sectors. He was previously a member of the transaction services team at KPMG. Jamal has a first class degree in business administration from The University of Bath and is a Chartered Accountant.
James joined Bowmark in 2021 and is a member of the firm's managed IT services and data and insight teams. Most recently, he was involved in Bowmark's investment in Littlefish.
Prior to Bowmark, he worked in investment banking at Royal Bank of Canada as a member of the M&A team, advising on transactions in the TMT, consumer and infrastructure sectors. James has a first class degree in modern languages with management from Newcastle University and a Masters in management from HEC Paris.
Jemma joined Bowmark in 2021 to support the firm's research and origination activities. She works across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on the firm's data and insight and software practices.
Prior to Bowmark, Jemma worked for Houlihan Lokey as an associate in the research and development function. She has a degree in business science, marketing and statistics from the University of Cape Town.

Jodie joined Bowmark in 2016. She is responsible for the group's management accounts and assists with the preparation of the fund and co-investment accounts, as well as the monitoring of the Fund Investment business.
Jodie has a degree in government and economics from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Josh joined Bowmark in 2020 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in mathematics. He is responsible for the firm's accounts payable and assists with the preparation of the management accounts. Josh also provides support for the finance and compliance functions.
Julian is a managing partner of Bowmark and a co-chairman of the Investment Committee. He leads the data and insight team and has over 20 years' experience in private equity.
Prior to Bowmark, Julian was a founding director of European Capital's UK private equity team and was previously a director of DLJ Merchant Banking, the private equity operation of Credit Suisse. Julian began his career at PwC, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has a degree in economics from Birmingham University.
Kevin is a managing partner of Bowmark and a co-chairman of the Investment Committee. He has over 30 years' experience as a private equity investor.
Prior to Bowmark, he was a founding partner of Nash, Sells & Partners, the mid-market private equity firm, and previously worked in strategic management consultancy with Booz Allen & Hamilton. He has a degree in chemistry from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Laura joined Bowmark in January 2023 as an investment manager. Prior to Bowmark, she worked as an M&A advisor at Jamieson Corporate Finance and, most recently, as an investment manager at Chiltern Capital, focusing on transactions in the business services and technology sectors.
Laura has a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol and is a CFA charterholder.
Lauren is an executive assistant to the investment team. Prior to Bowmark, she was an executive assistant to the UK financial services practice leader at Spencer Stuart.
She has a degree in marketing and management from Newcastle University.

Luca joined Bowmark in 2011 to lead the firm's research and direct origination activities. He has extensive experience in data and insight, managed IT services and tech-enabled business services, for which he has primary responsibility for originating new investment opportunities.

Maria joined Bowmark in 2018 to support the management of the firm's compliance function as well as providing technical advice, ongoing monitoring and assistance with the implementation of new regulations.
Maria was previously a Consultant at Cordium, the regulatory compliance consulting firm, and prior to that was a Compliance Assistant at Sciens Capital Management. Maria qualified as a lawyer in Greece and has a master's degree in international corporate governance and financial regulation from Warwick University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Maya joined Bowmark in 2015 and is responsible for managing the firm's marketing function. She is also a member of the investor relations team and the Charity Committee.
Prior to Bowmark, Maya worked as a writer in the media industry. She has a degree in journalism from The University of Central Lancashire and a certificate in professional marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Meagan is an executive assistant to the investment team and senior management. Prior to Bowmark, Meagan was an executive assistant to the regional director of Fisheries Management at Fisheries and Oceans Canada. She has a commerce degree from the Sauder School of Business, British Columbia.

Olly joined Bowmark in January 2022 and is a member of the firm's managed IT services and software teams. Most recently, he was involved in Bowmark's investment in Cornwall Insight.
Previously, Olly was a member of the investment team at Sovereign Capital, where he focused on transactions in the technology and business services sectors. Prior to that, he was a member of the M&A and Corporate Development team at Accenture. He has a BA in English Literature from Exeter University and has attained Level 1 CFA.
