Ann has been a book keeper for some 35 years and has been working in central London property for 22 years, managing all aspects of client accounts. Utilising a bespoke accountancy software she is committed to providing all Clients, Landlords and Tenants with high quality professional book keeping. Ann has a passion for accuracy and transparency in landlord and tenant accounts and is always willing to discuss specific requirements.

Emily has specialised in residential property management in central London for over 25 years, which has given her considerable experience in all aspects of residential property, including management, letting, legal, administrative and accounting.

James has a wealth of property management experience with 20 years in the industry across a wide spectrum of property sector and type, specialising in Residential Lettings and Block Management. Responsible for the delivery of residential property management services within LHH Residential. James also has personal experience of letting out his own property and is currently living in North East London.

Kenah is a passionate negotiator who has over 20 years experience in the central London property market. She graduated in Economics from London University and previously worked as a stockbroker for Japanese Institutions in the City. Kenah's wealth of experience with investment and property greatly assists landlords with their lettings and sales positions. Kenah believes: "There is nothing quite like working for an independent agent where you have the freedom to work in all areas of the industry and can work autonomously and as part of a team. What I love more than anything is coordinating a deal through from start to finish, appraising property correctly, focused marketing to professional and funded applicants with the minimum lead time to our clients. This is incredibly satisfying and generates a long and productive relationship with landlords and applicants alike".

Lara hails from a rural background with a degree in business tenancies and marketing. She has 14 years letting and property management experience in Central London, co-ordinating everything from annual gas safety checks to large refurbishments. Lara loves her varied work for clients and tenants, as she finds being able to provide a workable solution is incredibly rewarding.

Matilde joined LHH Residential in 2016 as a Lettings Negotiator. Matilde is originally from Portugal, so fluent in Portuguese and also Spanish, and loves improving her excellent English whilst working in central London. Matilde has a Masters Degree in Architecture from Architecture University of Lisbon, which she utilises as she also co-ordinates interior refurbishment projects, to bring great design, meticulous planning and cost control under one roof. Penny has worked in residential lettings and property management for the past 25 years, running her own business for many years. She has worked alongside Kenah Cryer for sometime and her early background working with solicitors, accountants and architects has been very useful in contributing to the knowledge needed in the property business.

Will trained at The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and served as an Officer in the British Army for 6 years. Will has worked in central London property for over 25 years and also has rural and foreign property experience. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of residential property from houses to studio apartments, mansion blocks and private country estates.
