Alec Cassidy

Job Titles:

As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Alexander is responsible for the Financial function within Ross & Liddell Ltd. After joining in 1999, he was appointed Company Secretary in 2001 and then a Director in 2005. He is also responsible for the Residential Lettings and Insurance functions. Alexander enjoys going to the gym, golfing and socialising.

Andrew J. Cunningham - Managing Director

As Managing Director, Andrew is responsible for all Residential and Commercial Management Services provided from our offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee. He originally joined the firm in 1996 with a BSc in Land Economics from the University of Paisley. Then, having qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and gained extensive experience in a number of property sectors and disciplines, outside of Ross & Liddell, he re-joined the company in 2006, becoming a Director in 2008 and Managing Director in December 2019.

Ann McMaster

Ann joined Ross & Liddell in 2011 as the Head of Lettings. Having worked in the letting industry for over 17 years, and being a member of ARLA since 2002 she is very experienced all aspects of lettings. Her main role is Business Development, Client Development, and promoting all aspects of the Letting Branch, while ensuring the smooth running of the office so that both Landlords and Tenants enjoy a very high level of service. Ann is always available to resolve any issues or enquiries regarding all aspects of our lettings business. Ann's leisure time is spent walking, swimming and socialising.

Claire Monaghan

Claire joined Ross & Liddell in 2012 to fully manage the Repairs in the Lettings Department. This includes liaising with the necessary contractors and instructing them to carry out any repairs. Claire also does the majority of the regular flat inspections and inventories. Having worked in the Lettings industry for over 15 years she has accumulated a wealth of experience that ensures our property portfolio is managed to a very high standard. Away for the office Claire enjoys cycling, swimming and socialising.

Gavin Baird

Gavin Baird is one of our Directors, working from our Dundee office. With over 15 years of relevant experience, he supports property management services and new business. Outside work, Gavin has a young family and enjoys hillwalking and other outdoors activities.

Gemma Clark

Gemma Clark is one of our Property Managers and is responsible for a varied portfolio of residential developments in Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross. Gemma joined our Dundee team in 2016 having previously worked with Graham & Sibbald for 7 years. Gemma's previous work experience includes working as a Property Accounts Manager and as a Property Manager and she is enthusiastic in all aspects of Property Management. Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities and socialising.

Jasmine McKenna

Jennifer Harkins - COO

Job Titles:

Jennifer joined Ross & Liddell's Commercial Department in January, 2007. She studied with the College of Estate Management and obtained a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management in 2014. Subsequently, whilst working towards completing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), Jennifer gained extensive experience in all property sectors and she successfully completed the APC, obtaining Chartered status in June, 2017.

Kenneth Tedford

Kenneth Tedford manages the Administration Department in our Edinburgh office. He joined Ross & Liddell as an office junior in 1995 and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the last twenty years in both administration and property management. He was instrumental in developing the Edinburgh office when it opened in 1999. Kenny enjoys playing golf, watching cricket and football and walking his three dogs with his wife and sons.

Mark Hazlewood

Mark Hazlewood is responsible for several high profile residential developments in Edinburgh, working closely with the proprietors on day-to-day management and long term strategic planning. He joined the firm in 2012 with a wealth of experience in both the property industry and the financial sector. Outside of work Mark enjoys travelling and historical studies.

Paul Thomas

Paul Thomas is a Property Manager and an IRPM Affiliate Member. He is responsible for a portfolio of 21 residential developments covering a wide area from Edinburgh to Bridge of Allan. He joined us in 2014 having previously worked for a Property Management company in Bristol as a Senior Administrator. Prior to that he had twelve years diverse commercial experience as a project coordinator and documentation manager. Outside of work he enjoys motorsports, football, swimming and travelling.

Wayne O'Connor

Wayne O'Connor is a Property Manager based in our Edinburgh office with responsibility for grounds management within our developments. He joined us in 2006 with qualifications in Landscape Management & Design from Oatridge College. He also has extensive practical experience from working in the landscaping industry. Outside of work he is involved in sports and family activities.
