Alex is currently the head of the Private Client Team working alongside clients and specializing in asset sizes between £2m to £10m.
He focuses predominantly on selling but also acts on the acquisition side for a few retained High Net Worth individuals and certain property companies.

Alex heads the Business Systems team, which manages all areas of technology, data, business applications and IT infrastructure for Allsop. He has the objective of moving the Allsop operational platform forward through the use of effective products, processes, services or technologies, defining and leading innovation projects. Alex became a member of the Operations Board in 2020.

Amelia is a Surveyor in the City Office Leasing team and is responsible for both disposals and acquisitions of office accommodation.
EXPERIENCE
Amelia joined Allsop in October 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor following graduating Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Real Estate Management. She completed her rotations in the City Investment, Commercial Auction and Commercial Valuation teams.

Ed is head of the Commercial Valuation team and the Partner responsible for all commercial valuation work undertaken by Allsop. Ed has advised most of the UK banks involved in lending to the commercial property sectors during his career

James is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the Allsop City office investment and development business as well as managing client relationships, sales programmes and the creative part of deal origination.
23 years at Allsop means James is integral to cross selling across departments to provide best advice on all elements of investment strategy and all uses through development.
As an active member of the Performance and Management Group, James has particular responsibility for graduate recruitment and APC rotations.
Katherine is a Salaried Partner in the Commercial Valuation team and has a particular focus on mixed use, value add and portfolio valuations across the UK.
Katherine sits on Allsop's Operations Board, Risk and People and Performance Management Committees
EXPERIENCE
Katherine joined Allsop in 1999, having spent the previous 7 years with a general practice firm, covering all aspects of commercial and residential valuations, landlord and tenant, rating and leasehold enfranchisement. She has over 25 years valuation experience over a variety of sectors, specializing in commercial and mixed use valuations for a range of purposes, throughout the UK. In particular, Katherine specializes in large mixed use and value add properties and portfolios.

Lesley works closely with the partners to help drive continued growth of the business, whilst retaining its unique culture of collaboration and camaraderie. She leads the teams which support the business (Finance, HR, Marketing, Business systems and Facilities) and is a member of the Firm's Management Board.
EXPERIENCE
Lesley joined Allsop in May 2022 from KPMG where she was a director leading internal transformation programmes. Lesley held a variety of line management roles across the KPMG, helping drive its performance and growth. During her career Lesley has also worked in corporate business development for the Daily Mail Group and as Operations Director for its digital recruitment division where brands included Jobsite and Cityjobs.

Mark's role within the Commercial Auction team is to manage and assist with all aspects of the auction process, with a particular emphasis on generating new business from his very wide cross section of clients.
His role as Commercial Managing Partner is to support and assist the wider Commercial Division, namely the Valuations, National Investments, West End and City Investment & Leasing, Business Rates & Lease Advisory, and Recoveries & Receivership teams.
Mark joined Allsop in September 1996 immediately after graduating at Greenwich University and was one of the first to join Allsop's graduate rotation scheme. After time spent in Residential Investments and Commercial Valuations, he joined the Commercial Auction team and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999. He was made a Salaried Partner in 2006 and an Equity Partner in May 2013.

Matt joined Allsop in January 2018 and before taking on the role of Chief Executive, was Director of Asset Management.
Matt has extensive experience of PRS and BtR operations and has mobilised sites across England and Scotland. With 17 years of UK PRS experience, his extensive expertise incorporates all facets of large scale residential portfolio performance including product suitability, design, lettings, management, operations and strategic asset management. With a comprehensive understanding of the steps needed to assess new purchases, create marketing strategies for multiple new-build units and the set up for build to rent management services Matt works closely with Allsop LLP's BtR and Living Markets teams ensuring financial and operational analysis is consistent with the latest market trends.

Nick is co-head of the West End Business team, based in Wigmore Street. He is an Equity partner of the firm and sits on the Management Board. In addition to focusing on West End commercial investment, he is also one of the partners responsible for running the firm's international alliances with Millennium Group in Asia and Citi Private Bank, predominantly Middle East.
