ASH & CO. CS - Key Persons
Alastair qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 whilst working in London. He has been working with ASH since 1996 and is now a Partner in the firm. Increasingly Alastair is involved in commercial management instructions for a variety of private clients and public sector bodies whilst also undertaking valuations and other professional work. Outside the office, Alastair plays hockey, touch rugby and cricket and coaches his son's rugby team; he is also a parish councillor.

Alison has been a Property Manager at ASH since June 2022 after gaining experience during her career working in the Letting industry as a Negotiator, Inventory Clerk and Property Manager. Now working in Block Management, she is enjoying this new role and hopes to increase her knowledge through further training in the future. When she gets the opportunity she likes to travel and see as many live music concerts as possible.
Caroline is responsible for client liaison as well as providing secretarial/administrative support to the Cheltenham office. In her spare time Caroline enjoys catching up with friends, swimming, walking and follows a local rugby team as one of the ‘Last of the Summer Wine Crew'!

Claire has worked for ASH since 2005, assisting in the Property Management Department as an Accounts Manager dealing with client monies for both Residential and Commercial properties and administering payments to contractors and suppliers. More recently Claire has moved to the Commercial Agency Department dealing with initial enquiries and keeping the property portals and database up to date with details of new properties, electronically sending mailing lists and speaking to interested parties. Outside of work Claire enjoys socialising with her family and friends, and many walks with her two energetic Springer Spaniels.
Harry qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2022 and now specialises in commercial agency and property management but still regularly collaborates with other areas of the business. In his free time Harry enjoys windsurfing, sailing, badminton and occasionally a game of golf when the weather is behaving itself. More recently, he has taken up the sport of clay pigeon shooting and is doing quite well at present if he does say so himself.

Jude joined ASH in June 2018 and is based in the Cheltenham office. She is as a Residential Accounts Manager after qualifying as a bookkeeper and her role involves dealing with client monies in relation to the Residential Property Management portfolio. In her spare time Jude enjoys having fun with her family, snowboarding and horse riding.

Leigh has had an extremely successful career as an Estate Agent across Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds. She has a keen interest in property renovation, interior design and has completed several projects herself. Leigh has recently joined the team at Ash as a commercial Property Manager. She has a pro-active approach, partnered with a "get it done" attitude. Leigh is keen to start working towards MRICS Qualification. Outside of work Leigh enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.
Lou joined ASH in June 2014 after spending the previous 24 years travelling around the UK and Germany as an Army wife. As Practice Manager, Lou is responsible for providing secretarial/administrative support to all Partners and Surveyors and ensuring the general smooth running of the offices. In her spare time, Lou loves to watch sports, in particular rugby, netball and Moto GP and also plays netball in a local fun league.

Mandy started her finance career 35 years ago most of which have been spent in financial services and the last 5 years in an accounting capacity for commercial properties. Outside of work Mandy spends many weekends away with her fiancé in their caravan, enjoying cycling and a gin or 2!

Mia joined ASH as a Residential Property Manager in March 2023. Mia moved back to the UK 2 years ago from South Africa and has had over 15 years of property experience, mainly in construction and Property Management. In her free time, Mia likes gardening, tending to her chickens and is a Level 2 qualified Belly Dancer!
Neil Jones joined ASH as an Associate in 2018 having worked across the South West Region in Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham. He is now the Partner in charge of Commercial Property Management, dealing with all types of commercial property across ASH's management portfolio on behalf of a range of clients from Private Landlord's, to Charities, Pension Trustees and plc's. Outside of work, Neil still plays Badminton weekly and golf all too infrequently. He especially enjoys taking his mountain bike and motorcycle across the Cotswolds and if pressed, will admit to an "interest" in any sort of flying!
Richard joined ASH in March 2014 to oversee the Cheltenham residential management portfolio. He is now a Partner and Head of Residential Management Services His work involves managing a portfolio of Clients whilst managing the Residential department. Richard also undertakes business development for the department, completes LPE packs and organises insurance renewals for the whole portfolio. When not spending time with his young Family, Richard likes to swim.
Rory joined Ash in April 2023 and is based in the Cheltenham office. She is an Accounts Assistant after qualifying as a bookkeeper and her role involves dealing with client monies in relation to the Property Management portfolio. Outside of work Rory enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her family.
Simon joined ASH as a Graduate Surveyor in 2000 and leads the Agency Department; his work primarily involves the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties across the County including industrial units, offices, and retail premises. Simon acts for a range of clients from Private Landlord's to plc's. Away from work Simon was a reasonable badminton player and single figure golfer, but a young family take up most of his time these days.
Theresa joined the ASH team in 2017 and brings vast experience having started her career in Housing at Cheltenham Borough Council before moving into the private sector. Her primary role will be to support the Management Team liaising with clients and contractors, dealing with maintenance projects, service charge budgets and daily routine maintenance tasks. Outside of work Theresa's interests include badminton, swimming and animal welfare.

Tricia joined ASH as a Property Manager in August 2023, having previously worked for an International Company where she specialised in Commercial Property & Facilities Management and managed the UK & Ireland property Portfolio. Tricia holds a CIWFM professional FM Degree and is an active member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Away from work, Tricia enjoys visiting the attractions and places of interest in and around Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, having recently relocated to the area.

Vikki spent the first 15 years of her working life running pubs and social clubs with her husband, having a career change into finance when her children started school. Vikki first studied Bookkeeping with ICB and then continued her studies in Accountancy with AAT. Away from work, Vikki enjoys Formula One and is attempting to visit all European circuits.
