Steven is a Graduate of Leeds University and has 31 years' recruitment experience at senior management and executive board level. Since 2001 his efforts have been exclusively dedicated to executive search in the construction industry with a particular emphasis on the building / infrastructure sectors. During this period Steven has successfully placed candidates of all disciplines into a wide range of UK contractor clients. Prior to founding Intelligent Search in 2005 Steven had enjoyed a successful ten year spell with a market leading national recruiter. Outside of work Steven has a passion for coaching / watching his two children play grass roots junior football, is an avid golfer, has been known to compete in sprint triathlons and enjoys cooking for his family and friends.
