Caroline is one of the newest members of our team, but brings with her many years of experience in the care sector. Caroline has worked previously in home care and been responsible for the monitoring and management of care staff.

• Registered Nurse
• Specialist Practitioner Community Nursing in the Home, Registered Manager & Nurse ( RMA Level 4 ), Certificate in Business Administration.

Heidi is a registered nurse with over 20 years in Nursing, Care Home Management, District Nursing and teaching of care staff. Heidi set up the Company in 2008 and now oversees the company part time. Heidi has a prescribing qualification, teaches first aid and visits service users and supervises staff as required. The Company is registered with the Care Quality Commission and recently underwent a successfully inspection.

Linda has had experience working both in a care home and domiciliary care setting, she is full time and responsible for the day to day running of the service. Linda has been with the company since 2008 and work full time.
