Andy built a wealth of experience in Industrial recruitment before joining KPI in 2009, working his way up to Industrial Director in 2017.
Charlotte amassed twelve years' experience in the food production sector as a Senior Corporate Account Manager and joined KPI in 2018 to spearhead business development.
Chris has worked in and owned a marketing agency before moving client side in 2014. His experience in recruitment marketing stretches back over twenty years.

Estelle has worked in the recruitment industry, both agency and client side, since 1993. Joining in 2017, Estelle oversaw KPI's rapid growth.
Keeley Callan - Chief Commercial Officer
Keeley has over twelve years' commercial recruitment experience and joined KPI in 2014 as Commercial Manager before moving up to Director in 2018.
Lily spent nine years in recruitment until she joined KPI as Commercial Manager to launch KPI Executive and our Warrington branch and moving up to Director.

After 10 years in recruitment, Ryan founded KPI in 2008 and has masterminded the expansion of the business to serve the whole of Great Britain across eight sectors.
Joining KPI Recruiting in 2011, Stuart quickly became a vital part of the agency's success story and rose to the position of Finance Director.
