Amanda joined Barpax in May 2023 after previously working as a motor and property claims handler. She has a wealth of knowledge obtained from working in the insurance industry since 2015 and through her studies with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Catherine joined the team in November 2005, initially to work in the accounts department, but has progressed to Claims Manager. Catherine's confidence and positive attitude ensures all claims are dealt with in an efficient manner, to achieve the best results. Catherine follows the company's motto to the word ‘the broker that works for you'.
Chloe Joined Barpax in August 2022 after finishing her studies at sixth form. Working as an apprentice account handler is her first official role and she looks forward to progressing within the company as her knowledge and experience grows. She is happy to offer assistance to client queries and policy amendments.

In 1983 Debbie started her insurance career based at Swinton Insurance and moved to work for the AA and then on to two local insurance brokers based in Longridge where she remained for the next 17 years, for the later five years as Divisional Director. In April 2007 she bought her client bank and set up CCIB and has gone from strength to strength, building up an excellent working relationship with her clients and a good knowledge of the area and its needs.

Hayley joined the team as Insurance Trainee in October 2008 and has since advanced her role to become Personal Lines Manager. Hayley deals with quotations for Private Car, Household & Let Properties. Her wealth of knowledge and experience ensure a complete service for our clients.
Isabel joined CCIB in 2021 after a successful career as a building society branch manager. Her efficient working practices and her willingness to go the extra mile for our clients makes her the perfect addition to our team. Isabel deals with personal lines and small commercial clients.

Jack joined the team in January 2020. He handles a range of policies from personal lines to small commercial risks. Jack's previous experience in accounting has given him a strong foundation for his job role.

After specialising in farm insurance for over 21 years with the NFU, Jackie joined CCIB in 2021. Her experience as a shepherdess and relief milker, and a working farm background, gives her an extra level of understanding and awareness of the farming industry. Jackie has an in-depth knowledge of commercial and farm insurance, and a keen eye for detail which helps clients to find exactly the cover they need.
Leila Joined Barpax in June 2022 after previously working as a Finance Executive. She started off at the company as an Office Administrator which has developed into her role now being an Account Handler. Leila deals with renewals and client administration. She looks forward to what the future at Barpax holds for her.
Mark joined Barpax in July 2023. Mark worked alongside Sam at Marsh for over 3 years in the property team and previously had a background in customer service. Mark is looking forward to expanding his insurance knowledge of different products and markets. He is also working towards gaining his CII certification and looks forward to progressing in the company.

Matt has been part of the CCIB team since 2018. After joining as an apprentice, he has worked hard and gained knowledge and experience across a variety of insurance markets. He now specialises in commercial business and farm insurance. Matt is happy to help new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with the best cover.
Sam joined the business in April 2023. His background is in sales and business development. Sam worked as a commercial account handler for Marsh for 4 years, predominantly in the property team but has good knowledge of commercial risks. Sam is looking to gain his CII certification and progress to an account executive within the business. Sam enjoys meeting clients on a face to face basis and building long term relationships.

Sophie joined the team in October 2012 in the role of Operations Manager. Her problem-solving skills, can do attitude and a variety of knowledge from IT to a range of insurance markets help the business to grow and thrive. She works alongside Debbie to ensure the business is compliant and running smoothly.
Victoria joined Barpax in 2022 following 5 years at the NFU Mutual. She has in-depth knowledge of both farming commercial insurance, that paired with a meticulous eye for detail, enables her to helps clients find the exact cover to suit their insurance needs and requirements. Victoria will always ensure that all clients receive that personal, satisfactory service at first contact.
Will joined Barpax in 2020 to head up the team as Branch Manager, after previously working for two agricultural brokers in Northamptonshire, his home county. Will entered into insurance following his time as a professional rugby player at Worcester Warriors along with a spell in Japan and London where his first experience came in insurance working in the Lloyds Market. He has developed a broad knowledge of agricultural insurance and now has a wealth of experience to assist his clients.
