Frazer Laird

Following University, where he obtained a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Frazer spent 18 months travelling and working in Asia and Oceania before returning to the UK where he started a role with NFU Mutual in their Pension and Investments team. Since leaving NFU Mutual, Frazer has held various positions within the financial advice sector from Administrator through to Paraplanner. He joined Beaufort in September 2020 and has recently qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser, where he assists clients with all aspects of their financial planning requirements. Frazer holds the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is very close to becoming both a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society which is the highest and most prestigious level of professional achievement. In his spare time, Frazer enjoys going to the gym and watching football along with spending time with his friends and family.

Ian Adey

After leaving the Royal Air Force, in 1991, Ian joined the Financial Services industry as a Financial Adviser for Friends Provident, he progressed to become a Senior Consultant, where he passed G10 (Taxation and Trusts). Ian became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2002 when he joined Moffat Gilbert Financial Planning Ltd., as their Managing Director. Ian enjoys helping his clients in all aspects of their financial planning needs and builds long term relationships with his clients. When Ian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. When time allows, he is also keen on most sports especially cricket, golf and football (Derby County)

Phil Hart - Managing Director

Phil has a degree in Business and started his career in Mazars the Chartered Accountants where he worked as a Paraplanner in their Financial Services Division. Phil then moved to Aegon to work as a Pensions and Investment Consultant and went on to pass the G60 (Pension Specialist) qualification. After 5 years, Phil moved to the Bank of Scotland and became a Corporate Advisor in their Business Banking Team. Phil then moved to Newell Palmer IFA where he met Ian and Rav. Phil enjoys helping clients navigate the maze of financial planning to understand their options and associated implications. He is also proactive in resolving problems and identifying a route forward. When he is not working, Phil enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends. Phil's hobbies include golf, running a taxi service for his children and football (Wolverhampton Wanderers).

Philip Thomas

Rav Ghuman

After Graduating from University with a 2:1 in Economics, Rav joined the Bank of New York as a Graduate Trainee. He trained as an Independent Financial Adviser with Barclays Private Clients, helping clients in all aspects of their financial planning needs. Being able to use his knowledge to help his clients, is what Rav really enjoys about is role. He enjoys building a working relationship with his clients and providing an ongoing advice process. When his not working, Rav enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and is a keen follower of cricket and football (West Bromwich Albion).
