Ivan Clarke opened his first shop in 1986,situated in Lynton North Devon just within the border of the Exmoor National Park. Ivan was born in Ilfracombe and has lived in North Devon his whole life as his parents and grandparents have before him... His passion for butchery started at the age of Eleven delivering meat on his butchers bike for the Co-op in Ilfracombe... In February 2008 Ivan Clarke Butchers moved into their new modern premises in Ilfracombe bringing Ivan back to his home town.This move has enabled Ivan Clarke Catering Butchers Ltd to expand their services to a much greater area and customer base.
