He also runs his own YouTube Channel, Goals and Gossip which has more than 1100 subscribers. In Calum's spare time he enjoys going to the gym and watching as much football as possible!

Having grown up around the Farnham Common area, Ciara's knowledge of the local market is a huge advantage in her every day working life. Her warm and friendly approach to clients and her excellent estate agency knowledge are combined with a true genuine passion for property. Ciara's love for property spills over into her personal life, where she spends much of her spare time looking for investment properties.

Having grown up around the Iver area, there's not many that can match Jade Sweales knowledge of the local market. When that knowledge is coupled with her industry experience and friendly nature, Jade is able to provide all of our clients with a world-class service. Jades love for property spills over into her personal life, as she is looking to purchase her first home with her family. Jade has gone from strength to strength starting as a Sales negotiator and quickly progressing to Assistant Manager in our busy Iver branch due to her experience as an award-winning restaurant manager. Jade loves nothing more than providing our clients with outstanding customer service.

Having lived in the area for 19 years James has a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. James started in the industry 8 years ago after attending university and having started as a junior negotiator has worked extremely hard to now secure the position of Sales Manager at our Chalfont St Peter branch. James is passionate about offering a high level of customer service and building strong emphasis on customer relations; therefore you can rest assured you are in safe hands with James.

Having started her career at Lloyds Bank in 1995, Jann made the transition to Estate Agency in 1998 when she joined Haart Estate Agents and met Mark who she later married in 2002, a year after setting up Hilton King & Locke. Her passion has always been to provide the very best in customer service and every day she is always keeping everyone on their toes to ensure we all maintain high standards. Jann comes from a large family and has four sisters, as a result, family values are very close to her heart. Having three children in the local schools, she is frequently involved in sponsoring and helping out at events. In her spare time Jann enjoys a trip to the theatre and when she is not planning her next family holiday, she enjoys a long walk with their pet dog Hugo.

Having always been drawn to estate agency Jenny arrived from the North East to experience the buzz of the property market in the South. A temporary move initially, yet having now completed almost two decades purely in the lettings industry, she has never looked back. Jenny enjoys the ever challenging ways of the lettings industry taking time out to study for her industry qualifications ARLA, MARLA and recently the latest, Property Mark Level 3. Away from work and studying, Jenny continues with her passion for property by refurbishing her own and always on the look out for the next!

Kendal was born and bred in Iver and still proudly resides in Iver Heath to this day. After a long career in hospitality, Kendal started her journey in property with noble beginnings. She joined Hilton King & Locke Estate Agents in 2014 as a Junior Negotiator and was a natural from her first day. After several well deserved promotions she is now our Head of Sales. Kendal is passionate about property as well as her local area due to her extensive knowledge of both, you can trust she will be able to offer you the best advice to help achieve you the best possible price.

Highly successful and well known in the local area, Leigh started his career in Estate Agency on 1993 with Haart in Harrow, where he met his eventual Business Partners, Mark Prieg and Jann Prieg. Quickly moving through the ranks Leigh then went on to manage three branches of Haart estate Agents across Middlesex and South Buckinghamshire giving him a wealth of knowledge of different markets. Leigh is a workaholic with a passion for providing his clients with a personal and friendly service, always prepared to go the extra mile for them. Leigh enjoys keeping fit, is a motorsport fan and also is a keen snow border, however mainly is a doting father to three teenage girls, who Leigh often jokes are the reason he works late to avoid being pushed around!

Mark is a vastly experienced and highly respected Estate Agent who has worked in a variety of housing markets across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Middlesex. Having started his career in Estate Agency in 1988 with Prudential Property Services, Mark went on to work for Haart Estate Agents before setting up Hilton King & Locke in 2001 with his wife Jann and their close friend of many years, Leigh Gridley. In his spare time, Mark enjoys a round of golf (not very well), but his real passion is football. He is a season ticket holder at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and attends all home games with his two teenage boys. Mark is also a FA Level 2 football coach and manages Chalfont Saints Cobras U14 football team. Mark & Jann have lived in Chalfont St Peter since 2003, having lived in Iver previously. As well as their two boys, they also have a daughter, who although may be the youngest member of the family, she apparently rules the roost!

In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter who is currently studying at University.
