Semantic Forge was founded by Dr Graham Deane to develop semantic tools based on his research that would enable organisations of all sizes create a documented connected model of their data... We ran a POC with the Semantic Forge product to document and create a semantic model of a huge core legacy database. This enabled us to show that using this tool we can quickly access the right information to explore the use of new BI tools. A key benefit of the smart semantic layer was the speed and ease of being able to search for an answer. The model enabled the team to provide an answer in minutes to a detailed match query that would otherwise have taken several days.
