Sara is the school Principal and has been in post since February 2021.
Sara has been in education since 2001 and has previously been a mathematics teacher in both the UK and Australia.

Phil Coldicott is a retired IT Manager, most recently employed as the Director of Education IT for the BSF Programme in Sandwell MBC.
He is currently Governor of a school for students with special needs in Sandwell where he also Chairs the governing body of their Employability Hub. He is an Enterprise Advisor for the Careers & Enterprise Company in the Black Country, and mentors young people in schools via the Princes Trust initiative. He also volunteers with the Canal & Rivers Trust. the National Trust and at Parkrun Dudley.
Phil has been actively involved with sport all his life, playing & coaching both football & cricket until recently. He is a member of Halesowen Golf Club and a Trustee of the James Grove Recreation and Sportsground Trust.

Sam is a local Police Officer. As part of the Safer Neighbourhood team he assists the school in many ways as well as being a Trust Appointed governor.
Sam is a familiar face both in school and in the local community and provides a link between the two.
