We are proud of our history. Our veterinary practice was the original practice in the town of Burnley. It was established very much in the mould of James Herriot, dealing with all creatures great and small. Originally the practice mainly dealt with farm animals but also on a smaller scale, provided care for companion pets. Then in 1998 the large animal side of the business was passed over to our neighbouring practice to allow us to focus on providing veterinary care for companion animals... In May 2001 we moved into larger premises in Trafaglar Street. This is at the crossroads of two of the main thoroughfares into Burnley. Our new practice is three times larger, in terms of floor area, with two operating theatres and much improved facilities for our in-patients. Our reception area has the added benefit of being easily accessible by less mobile clients and their pets... With changes in the nature of the types of pets owned by the Burnley community, we evolved into a companion animal..
