Ben Watkins

Ben has joined the team with almost a decade of experience in recruitment in the health and social care sector. Having obtained a Level 3 Diploma in recruitment, he understands the best methods to support organisations in recruiting for executive roles in health and social care. He is overseeing our South Wales and South West England regions, and has a personal approach that he uses along with his industry expertise to support organisations. When he's not scrolling LinkedIn in the office, Ben can either be found in the kitchen attempting to improve his cooking skills, or in the net of his local football team!

Corrie Keable

Corrie is the Head of Elderly Care. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships for both the Clinical and Care Home Management Teams. Corrie joined Gilbert Meher in 2016 in the Clinical Division and has worked closely with Tom to develop an established clinical and home management recruitment team. You may recognise Corrie from ‘The Hundred' cricket tournament where he took arguably the best crowd catch of all time. Away from the office (and spotlight) Corrie excels at golf, cricket, football, lifting weights and running. He's also got a small following on Instagram where he posts step-by-step recipes that vary from a mouth-watering beef wellington, spicy jerk chicken and elegant risotto's. Is there anything he can't do?

Craig Ruck

Craig is an accomplished senior consultant with an impressive track record spanning over 7 years, specialising in cultivating strategic partnerships with prominent Care Home Providers across the East Midlands, Home Counties and East Anglia. Craig's personable approach, combined with his industry knowledge, has consistently delivered excellent results, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients alike. Craig is a passionate football supporter and his prize possession is his beloved Manchester United shirt signed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Teddy Sheringham.

Dawid Drygiel

Dawid is our Operations Manager, Idibu Guru, IT Phenomenon and Office Yoda. Dawid makes sure that we are operating at optimal levels and supports the end to end process of resourcing and recruitment. Despite the daily office challenges/chaos Dawid remains calm and collective. He is happy to fix any issues when asked for help, EXCEPT forgotten passwords. Dawid is fluent in English, Polish and common sense. After hours Dawid enjoys walking his two dogs, binge-watching box sets and baking brownies.

Emily Legood

Emily is an Associate Director here at Gilbert Meher, responsible for our science division. She has extensive experience throughout the Diagnostics and Life Sciences Markets. She has a proven track-record in placing mid-senior and highly technical candidates throughout the market on a global basis, with a particular specialism in partnering with small to medium Biotechnology firms. She has a strong global network throughout the industry, and places true importance upon building and maintaining relationships from both a candidate and client perspective.

Francesca Mills

With over 10 Years' experience working in Finance, starting as a credit controller Francesca quickly developed a love for finance deciding to study AAT and has been on a continuous development plan ever since growing both academically and professionally. Having completed AAT in 2018 Francesca started her journey to become Chartered and is currently studying ACCA. Joining Gilbert Meher at a very exciting time as the company has impressive growth plans in place, Francesca is looking forward to playing a key part in supporting the business's growth plans. She manages the Finance team working alongside Alina who is currently studying AAT with Francesca's support alongside her studies. In her spare time Francesca enjoys spending time with her family, as a mother of three her weekends are usually spent at the side of a football pitch watching her son's team, or at dance/gymnastic classes with her girls. She loves to travel with her family and spends a lot of her free time in south Spain visiting family.

Graeme Dobson

Graeme is one of the Director's at Gilbert Meher and heads up the Specialist Services team that recruits across Mental Health, Adult Specialist Care, and Children's Services. His focus is on senior appointments across all functions including Operations, Finance, Business Development, HR and IT. He is supported by a large team of Consultants who also recruit from mid-level management upwards. In his free time, Graeme enjoys sport and travel. He also holds the Gilbert Meher Fantasy Football title and has done for the last 4 years consecutively. Graeme Dobson joins the business Graeme Dobson joins the company as a self-employed consultant.

Harry Hales

Harry has joined Gilbert Meher working as a Business Consultant within the Homecare and Clinical team. Covering the North West sector, Harry recruits clinical staff from registered nurses, all the way through to senior management positions. He obtained a degree in Biomedical Science from Leeds Beckett University in 2023. Outside of work and life in the office, Harry loves to travel and trying new foods! His favourite place he's ever visited is Naples, being a massive lover of Italy! In his spare time he enjoys a gym session and cooking for his friends and family.

James Binns

James is part of our Interim team and specialises in sourcing first-class talent across the public and private sectors. He also provides support for our team and ensures that both candidates and clients have as smooth a journey as possible. Outside of work, James is a huge Liverpool supporter and a massive fan of gaming, even going so far as to achieve a master's degree in Game Design. Alongside his girlfriend, he is constantly seeking new adventures and travelling to new places.

Jonathon Brooks

Jonny Stewart

Prior to joining Gilbert Meher in 2013, Jonny had a career in Corporate Banking before setting up the Healthcare division for a Leeds-based Executive Search firm, overseeing the development of executive search and advisory work internationally within Health and Social Care - with a focus on the private and third sectors. In his free time, Jonny enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen Newcastle United supporter.

Jorden Herendi

Jorden is a Children's Service specialist at Gilbert Meher. She manages and develops key client relationships and plays a key part in the direction of the Children's Services team. Jorden set up the Children Services division from scratch and is the go-to consultant across the country. Working within the sector for over 8 years, she has a great understanding of the sector and has an extensive network of senior Children Service specialists across the UK, including exclusive representations. Prior to her recruitment career, Jorden toured the UK as a dancer for Opera North in the production of Carmen. In her free time, Jorden loves to go on holiday, watch live music and socialise with friends and her large family.

Leah Hodges

Leah works within our marketing team, playing an active role in the digital marketing sector. Dedicated to the curation of creative designs and insightful marketing strategies, generating brand awareness, and cementing internal branding, Leah wishes to further develop her career within the field of marketing. Leah's interest in this sector came from her experience with social platforms through her Fashion Marketing degree she obtained from Leeds Beckett University. Matthew Brown
