RoyaltyInternational was formed by Elena Prola.
Elena spent a number of years working at Universal Pictures where she was Finance Director of Universal's global Home Entertainment licensee operations. In this role she was instrumental in the creation of Universal's licensee management system which was rolled out to its global network. She also directed Universal's programme of international licensee royalty audits.
For the past years, Elena has been a speaker at the Cannes International Film Festival, where she has presented sessions on "Maximising Revenue from Distribution Agreements" at the Producers Network Breakfast Meetings.

Guido qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where, as a manager, he covered media sector clients such as Sony BMG and CIC (Paramount and Universal).
Ivan qualified as CPA with Ernst & Young and subsequently joined Universal Studios in Internal Audit. In this position he performed international audits across the music and film spectrum in the USA, Colombia, South Africa, Brazil, Canada and Mexico.
Subsequently, as an independent auditor he has planned and performed numerous music, film, video, guilds and participation royalty audits on behalf most of the major studios and on behalf of the Motion Picture Association of America and the Directors Guild of America.
Ivan has also advised on royalty contracts, royalty statements and processes affecting royalty reporting as well as participation statements to profit participants.

Ramon is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Gibraltar Registered Auditor. He holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University with the thesis on "The Effect of Digital Distribution on the Home Video Industry".
He was head of financial planning and analysis at Universal Pictures International for a number of years before leading the implementation and training of the newly introduced planning and reporting tool for Universal Pictures in Spain, Italy, Japan, Korea & Mexico.
