Andrew has 10 years' experience in construction & engineering projects. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in planning and scheduling high-cost and complex projects.
Andy set out the business concept for Artisan Plastercraft. He had a vision to raise the level of plaster mouldings craftsmanship and specialist project delivery to the industry and to excel in the restoration and conservation of period and heritage plasterwork. The business has been built up successfully from an ethos of strong teamwork, motivational workshops and a constant enforcement in employee personal pride and respect for work. Andy ensures this teamwork and pride runs through the heart of business operations and employees - assisted by continual improvement programmes and workshops. This is key to the business' success and achieving some of the very finest plastering and moulding craftsmanship as well as customer fulfilment.
Kevin Salih is Artisan Plastercraft's Contracts Manager. He joined the team in January 2012 and worked his way up through the company from specialist lime plasterer to supervisor and now manages all site related activities ensuring projects run smoothly. Kevin has over 23 years' experience in the construction and specialist plastering industry. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience across every operational level.
Kevin holds a SMSTS qualification in Health and Safety. He has built a good reputation within the conservation and restoration industry and his work is highly regarded by the heritage industry. His broad skills, knowledge and experience make him an asset to our team.
Kevin has worked on many prestigious buildings and interesting projects to include: Kings Hospital, Sandhurst RMA, V&A, RAA and Wadham College.

Lee joined the team in September 2019 as our Facilities Manager. He has over 20 years experience in logistics and facilities management.
Lee ensures compliance standards are maintained in our workshop along with coordinating all deliveries to ensure they are in good order and arrive on time.
Michael has over 30 years' experience in the specialist plastering industry. He has a unrivalled knowledge gained from his wealth of experience at every operational level. He has a particular and passionate interest in restoration and conservation work and has worked on some of the most prestigious projects in the UK and Europe. He always ensures that projects have the highest level of customer and project attention coupled with best practices and superior craftsmanship. Mike visits clients and closely oversees site works and site management delivery.
Paul St John - Chief Commercial Officer
Co-founder (with Andy) Paul has 25 years' experience working in the fit-out and fibrous plastering sectors. Working initially as a CAD draughtsman, progressing to design manager and then on to project management and operations management for large commercial projects. This experience has provided Paul with the invaluable skills required to fully understand and manage the design, commercial and financial facets of the business.
Peter Adams started working for Artisan Plastercraft as a Surveyor in September 2015. He has worked in construction for over 30 years and has more than 16 years of experience in plastering and associated trades. His knowledge of surveying and estimating has further strengthened our team.
Peter has previously worked in the industry as an estimator, surveyor and contracts director. He has also been the proprietor of businesses.
Rhoda Kajiura joined Artisan Plastercraft as a Sales Executive in February 2017.
She has 15-years sales experience in luxury interiors. She has worked with architects and designers in the decorative lighting industry in Ireland, and bespoke designer bathrooms for high-end projects in London.

Russell Brewis is Artisan's Marketing Manager. As well as sharing the company's project activity and knowledge of plasterwork with potential and existing clients, he has attained over 20 years of sales and marketing experience covering a diverse range of industries including telecoms, oil & chemicals and industrial manufacturing.
Simon joined Artisan Plastercraft in July 2012 as an estimator. If Simon is not on site surveying a job then he is in the office using CAD or excel!
Outside of work Simon enjoys fishing and DIY.
Steve Green is Workshop Foreman at Artisan Plastercraft.
He ensures the smooth running of the workshop on a day-to-day basis, maximising the utilisation of resources and overseeing quality and production standards.
Steve is very experienced in the industry, having worked on a wide variety of projects and gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience.
His broad skills and knowledge make him an asset to our team.

Viktoria joined Artisan in 2013 as Office Manager. She provides administrative, secretarial, account and project support to the team.
Viktoria is responsible for accounts payable and is the first point of contact for any account queries. She has previously worked in logistics and project management and brings this experience to our team.
