Prior to joining Northleaf in 2017, Adrian worked at J.P. Morgan in both Frankfurt and Melbourne, where he was most recently a Vice President, Investment Banking, focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. Adrian also has experience in the energy industry in Perth.
Adrian received an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bristol University.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2020, Alex was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Valuations Services group where she was responsible for financial analysis and modelling for a number of client engagements.
Alex received her Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Queen's University.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2016, Alex was at Hayfin Capital Management as an Investment Director, where he was responsible for the origination, execution and monitoring of UK mid-market credit transactions. Previously, Alex was at Lloyds Banking Group as a Director in Acquisition Finance. Alex began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers within Transaction Services and Assurance and Business Advisory Services.
Alex received a BSc (Honours) from Durham University. He is a chartered accountant and holds the Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales designation.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2017, Alexander was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Strategy and Operations group, where he consulted on a number of engagements with expertise in business transformation, project management and IT implementation.

Andrea is involved in Northleaf's business development activities in the UK and Europe, working closely with existing and prospective investors and investment consultants to design, develop and monitor their private markets portfolios.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Andrea was a Director at Unigestion where he led the distribution of private equity strategies in southern Europe. Andrea has extensive knowledge of the European asset management industry and strong relationships with family offices and institutional investors, having previously worked at global wealth managers and asset management companies, including Dalton Strategic Partnership, Merrill Lynch, Cazenove Capital Management and Schroders.
Andrea received an MSc in Economics and Business (with Distinction) from Luiss G. Carli University in Rome.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2021, Annie was an investment banking associate at Origin Merchant Partners where she worked on a number of M&A and financing transactions across a variety of sectors.
Annie received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Anuja was an Investment Banking Analyst in Private Capital Advisory at Evercore, where he worked on valuation models, financial analysis and financing for private equity secondary transactions.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2014, Brad was a Vice President with CommonWealth Fund Services, a hedge fund service provider, where he acted in a corporate strategic and operational role. Previously, he was a Senior Associate in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he provided M&A quantitative and qualitative diligence analysis for a variety of transactions, including a number of private equity investments.

Brendan is responsible for the management of Northleaf's compliance programs across the firm's global offices.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Brendan was Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager at Coller Capital in New York, during which time he was also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre. Previously, Brendan was a Senior Associate in Compliance at New York Life Insurance Company.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, Brett was an Analyst on the Global Private Finance team at Barings where he structured, underwrote and executed senior, unitranche, second lien and mezzanine financing solutions across a number of industries. Previously, Brett was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Brett received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Magna Cum Laude) from the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University.
Brett participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of private credit investments in North America, and leads Northleaf's Chicago office.
Prior to joining Northleaf, Brett was at Fifth Street Asset Management as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader, where he was responsible for screening, structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing middle market sponsor-backed transactions. Previously, Brett was a Vice President at GE Antares Capital within the Restructuring and Workout Group. Brett began his career in GE Capital's Investment Analyst Program in 2005.
Brett received a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Chris leads Northleaf's infrastructure investment activities in the North American communications sector, across transaction origination, due diligence, execution and asset management. He acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf's infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2013, Chris was an investment banking associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Macquarie Capital, where he was involved in the structuring and execution of leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, and acquisition financings across a number of industries. Previously, he was a financial manager at the University Health Network.

Dan is a member of Northleaf's infrastructure asset management team.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Dan was a Vice President at a mid-market infrastructure fund where he managed investments across various sectors, driving operational improvements and pursuing growth opportunities. He was previously the Financial Controller, responsible for reporting and monitoring the performance of the funds. Dan began his career at KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
Dan received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management Sciences from Loughborough University. He is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
Daniel is a member of Northleaf's Private Equity Investment Committee and serves as a senior advisor to Northleaf's European private equity team across all aspects of secondary, direct and primary fund investments. In addition, Daniel participates in Northleaf's investor relations and business development activities in both Europe and Canada.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2011, Daniel spent more than a decade at Coller Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on secondary market transactions, where he was responsible for deal sourcing and investment execution for primary and secondary private equity investments, as well as business development activities globally. Previously, Daniel held senior positions in the private equity group at the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec and in the International and Treasury Divisions at the National Bank of Canada. Daniel has served on various fund advisory boards in Europe, Asia and Canada, and is a guest lecturer in the Masters program at INSEAD.
Daniel received a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. in International Finance from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC Montréal) and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Danielle held various progressive corporate banking roles at CIBC Capital Markets, most recently as a Director on the Diversified & Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) Industries team, where she worked on origination, execution and maintenance of a portfolio of strategic capital markets relationships.
Danielle received a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2018, David was an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets in London in the Natural Resources group, where he worked on a number of M&A transactions in the oil and gas sector.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2021, David was an Investment Banking Analyst at Robert W. Baird where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings and other financial advisory services for companies in the industrials sector. Previously, David was an AVP in the asset backed finance group at Citigroup. David began his career at Credit Suisse as an Analyst in corporate credit risk management.
David received a Bachelor of Science in Finance at The Pennsylvania State University.
David is a Senior Credit Officer and participates in all aspects of Northleaf's private credit investment activities.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, David was a senior executive leading and managing restructurings and turnarounds for companies and banks in Europe. David has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including as Head of International Corporate Credit at Barclays Bank and a voting member of the Barclays Group Credit Committee. David recently spent 18 months leading a team to support the restructuring of the Bank of Cyprus.

David is head of Northleaf's private credit program and a member of the Private Credit and Private Equity Investment Committees. David oversees all aspects of Northleaf's private credit investment activities, including the origination, evaluation and monitoring of private credit investments globally. In addition, he is involved in Northleaf's investor relations and business development activities.
Prior to joining Northleaf, David was at Bain Capital Credit, a leading global credit specialist, as a Managing Director, Global Head of Sourcing and a member of Bain Capital's Opportunistic Credit and Private Credit team. Previously, David served as the Co-Head of Bain Capital Credit's London office from 2009 to 2013. David began his career with Credit Suisse First Boston in Investment Banking before joining Bain Capital Credit in 2003.
David received a B.A. from Harvard College.
Derek participates in all aspects of Northleaf's private markets investment activities and is responsible for international tax planning and strategy, compliance and investment transaction support for Northleaf's investment funds, management company and related corporate entities.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2016, Derek was a Director, Taxation at BGRS, a portfolio company in Brookfield Asset Management's private equity group, where he oversaw the Canadian and international tax planning and reporting function of a global business with foreign operating subsidiaries in five continents. Previously, Derek spent six years at Deloitte LLP in the International Tax Services group where he focused on structuring complex tax transactions and advising on cross-border issues for multi-national corporations.
Derek received a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Accountancy Studies) from the University of Waterloo and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Deven was an Associate in the Private Equity/M&A team at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in San Francisco and previously was an Associate in the Corporate Group at Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto. Before attending law school, Deven was an Account Director at the Cornerstone Group of Companies.

Dimitrios is a member of Northleaf's infrastructure asset management team. Dimitrios acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf's infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2015, Dimitrios was Vice President, PPP Assets and Infrastructure, at Carillion Canada, where he was responsible for asset management for the public-private partnership sector, including financial reporting, accounting and project finance, and was also involved in transaction origination, execution and due diligence. Previously, Dimitrios worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager, Transaction Services, and at Deloitte & Touche as a Manager in the Audit and Assurance group with a focus on financial institutions.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2016, Dominic worked as both an investment banking associate and analyst at Paradigm Capital, where he focused on M&A transactions in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, mining, consumer products and industrials. Previously, he was an analyst in the Investments group at Granite REIT.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, Elizabeth was an Investment Associate at Schroder Adveq Investment Management (Beijing) Co. where she conducted investment analysis and due diligence for primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities. Elizabeth has previous experience at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in public equities and Scotiabank on the credit derivatives desk. Elizabeth began her career at Henderson Global Investors in Beijing and William Blair & Co in Shanghai.
Elizabeth received an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, a Master of Economics from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics from Zhejiang University.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2020, Emil led the sourcing, analysis and execution of private equity investments in small and mid-cap companies, as the President of Hven Advisors. Previously, Emil was a Principal at Vision Capital in New York where he was involved with the sourcing, analysis and execution of private equity and structured capital investments and served on the boards of a number of portfolio companies. Emil has also served as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank in London, and began his career at Macquarie Capital Funds in Hong Kong and Sydney.

Eric is involved in driving operational improvements across Northleaf's private markets platform, working closely with the Investor Operations team to identify and execute on opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce time to deliver and reduce operational risk across our core business processes.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Eric was a Director, Distribution Strategy and Transformation, at Royal Bank of Canada where he developed and executed strategies that optimized the bank's distribution channels. Previously, Eric was an Executive Director of Business Platforms at JP Morgan Wealth Management where he held operational responsibilities and managed transformational projects.
Eric received a bachelor's degree in information systems from City University in Hong Kong and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a Financial Risk Manager and a Project Management Professional. He also holds a Data Science Certificate and a Lean Six Sigma Certificate.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Evan was an Analyst, Sponsor Finance at BMO Harris Bank where he was responsible for financial analysis and modelling for a number of transactions across the capital structure and various sectors. Gabi manages the credit facilities for Northleaf's private equity, private credit and infrastructure funds, as well as corporate and fund balance sheet financing.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Gabi was a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank where she designed and implemented the strategy to build the Canadian Global Fund Banking business. Previously, Gabi was a Senior Director at BMO Financial Group and led the Canadian sponsor fund loan portfolio. Prior to that, Gabi was a Senior Relationship Manager at Aver Media Finance, BMO Financial Group. Gabi began her career at Torys LLP.

Gavin leads the Investor Servicing team responsible for the financial reporting of Northleaf's global private equity funds, infrastructure funds, private credit funds and separately managed accounts.
Prior to joining Northleaf's predecessor, TD Capital, in 2007, Gavin was Senior Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at IA Clarington Investments, a publicly-traded investment management firm, where he managed all aspects of the finance function, including corporate and fund financial reporting. Previously, Gavin was Assistant Vice-President, Finance at Trimark Financial Corporation/AIM Funds Management Inc. Gavin began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants.
Gavin received a B.Comm. from the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
Geoff participates in all legal aspects of Northleaf's private markets investment activities, working closely with members of the investment teams and external legal counsel to review, structure and execute transactions. Geoff is also involved in the legal and structuring elements of Northleaf's investor relations, business development and fund formation activities, and assists with corporate matters.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Geoff was a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP where he principally worked on private M&A, fund formation, technology transactions and private investments in public equity. Previously, he was Counsel at Bloomberg LP and an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York.

George serves as an Executive Operating Partner for Northleaf's infrastructure investment program and is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee. He is primarily responsible for transaction origination, execution, due diligence and asset management of Northleaf's infrastructure investments, with a focus on the transportation sector. He also acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf's infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards. George is a member of Northleaf's ESG Committee and leads the Infrastructure ESG Sub-committee.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2011, George spent a decade at the Macquarie Group, most recently as a Managing Director and head of the Public-Private Partnerships ("PPP") group in Toronto, where he led numerous greenfield PPP bids, M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Government and Infrastructure Projects Group at TD Securities. Prior to TD Securities, George worked as a project management engineer in the international development field on projects located throughout Asia, South America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East.
George received a B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of New Brunswick and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
