Alicia is our first graduate employee, after studying three years of Geography she has found her role working closely within the Hub Team, mainly within the office. She has a hope and hunger to develop her role within Sladen and feed her passion for sustainable and environmental development into her role over time.
Alicia through another lens…The gym is a space where I love to train and nurture a happier and healthier version of myself. I can be found in the weight-lifting area in the gym or boosting my fitness in my local boxing centre. I also love long walks with my friends and spending time with loved ones.
Anna Elena Pepe is a coach, trainer and facilitator with a PhD in Cardiovascular Research. Anna's combination of acting and scientific skills are transferable and precious to the corporate world. Over the years she worked for multi-nationals as Coca Cola, KraftFoods, Pfizer Medical, EY, Trip Advisor, Triumph, Deutsche Bank, Versace and many others. Anna-Elena speaks Italian and English.
Anna-Elena through another lens…I love to support the SPAL football club from my hometown Ferrara in Italy. Football is a way of bringing people together, remembering your roots and letting the wild part of you out!
Annabel is a coach, facilitator and trainer. She worked for many years for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) building high performing teams in developing countries. She is skilled at designing and delivering leadership training in diverse contexts and working with multilingual teams in high pressure environments. Annabel also works specifically on developing advanced listening skills with her clients. She speaks English and Spanish.
Arquella is a facilitator, consultant and coach dedicated to transforming culture. Arquella has more than 25 years of partnering with organizations and business leaders to build stronger, more effective teams leading to sustainable results. Caro is a coach specialising in personal impact and also works with teams on strategy and team dynamics. Caro's passion is enabling people to be able to further develop and then demonstrate all of their leadership strengths with integrity and authenticity. Caro has worked on a wide variety of consultancy and coaching assignments with many global organisations. Caro speaks English and Italian.
Caro through another lens…Running frees my mind and spirit. I love running in the countryside and getting that elemental connection. When I get back, I feel like I have plugged myself into the national grid and completely recharged my batteries, both physical and emotional.
Carol is an experienced HR professional who has held senior board level positions for most of her career. She is super excited to be working with Sladen and has experience working with leadership development consultancies previously. She is happiest when dealing with challenges of a growing workforce in a changing world. Carol's personal values are very much aligned with Sladen's which makes it a perfect match.
Carol through another lens…. I love being at the top of a mountain, blue skies, fresh snow and no noise pollution! And, of course there is the après ski once I've tackled the getting down the mountain bit!
Chisato has over 30 years experience as a facilitator & coach focusing in intercultural communication, multi-cultural team building, change management and leadership development with a focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging. Chisato has worked and studied in Japan, USA, Germany, and Switzerland. She also practises as a Mindfulness trainer. Chisato speaks English, Japanese, German and Swiss German.

Clare is an Account Director as well as a Coach, Consultant and Facilitator. She enjoys partnering with clients to deliver major change and professional development programmes. Clare through another lens…Health and wellbeing has always been an interest for me. I enjoy learning about nutrition, fitness and resilience and I take advantage of living in a beautiful part of Scotland to get out into nature as much as possible.
Doug is an experienced visual communicator and facilitator with over 40 years' experience in the creative industries. Nowadays he specialises in drawing pictures with clients, helping them visualise complex ideas simply and enabling them to understand themselves better. These pictures are then used as powerful communication tools - both internally and externally to the business.
Doug through another lens… I have a lifelong interest in Eastern Wisdom and the pursuit of what it means to be truly human. Since my youth I have studied many martial art and yogic systems. In my earlier years Skateboarding was also a great passion of mine.
Gaz has ticked many boxes of his ‘career bucket-list'; he has worked for Disney, created a graphic
novel with a movie-star, co-created with UK comedy royalty and devised a cast of characters for a
ground-breaking, multi-award-winning TV show. Working with Sladen, Gaz loves to get involved in

Gerardo is a coach, consultant and facilitator with more than 20 years international experience. Gerardo focuses on self-mastery, people strategy, leadership and culture change, he has experience in manufacturing, automotive, banking, insurance, metallurgy and data analysis industries. Gerardo speaks Spanish, German and English.
Gerardo through another lens… My passions are nature, especially the sea, walking in the forest and the mountains. I greatly enjoy being able to have a good book in my hands, a space to listen to classical music, and a conversation with a loved one.
Gerlinde worked for almost 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with multinational and cross functional teams as a trainer, leader, change manager and coach to help teams and individuals grow and manage transformational changes. She has a creative and growth mindset and always keen to learn and try out new (agile) methods and tools. Gerlinde speaks English and German
Gerlinde through another lens…Travel, learning and eating (and best in this combination) are my passions. In planning my travels, I always make sure at least one cooking class is included - in every corner of the world.
Hannah is a facilitator and coach who specialises in experiential training. With over 20 years' experience in the field of leadership development Hannah also has a background in theatre that helps her understand how to structure dynamic courses, balancing energy levels in the room and varying techniques to engage different learning styles. Helen through another lens… I am happy and grounded when I am outside - exploring the Scottish countryside by foot or on wheels. It gives me energy, space to think and connect - and (as my daughter would testify) feeds my resilience and provides a sense of calm.

Iris is a facilitator and consultant with an extensive R&D and project/process management background in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Combined with her passion for human skills, her know-how is precious for the corporate world.

Jan is a professional coach and facilitator, committed to enabling senior leaders, business owners and coaches to excel and flourish in their professional or personal lives. Jan through another lens…I bought my first pair of walking boots on the Isle of Skye in my twenties and have been hooked on walking ever since. Whether trekking mountains in Europe, footpaths in the UK or making the most of the countryside around my village; getting outside is nourishment for my soul, where I recharge, reconnect and refocus.

Jeremy is a trainer and coach with over 35 years of experience developing individual and team performance in multinational organisations. Karina through another lens…My love for jigsaw puzzles comes from the strong belief that we have the ability to handle all situations coming our way even when they seem messy - with patience, vision and a little organisation we can put pieces together and build something beautiful in the end.
Kate is part of the Finance team. She is also very happy to be part of ‘The Hub' and enjoy the support and relationships of those around her. Previously she enjoyed careers in aviation, education, the legal system and tourism.

Lisa is Sladen's internal Enlightenment and Relaxation Coach. She offers guidance on mindfulness and promotes a ‘goat with the flow' mentality. Lisa promotes involvement and mutuality at Sladen events. She thrives on bringing people together and generating a joyous environment in which teams can learn and grow together and she is renowned for her baarrilliant jokes.
Lisa through another lens…I live a sustainable life only taking from the land and giving back what I take out! My happy place is being surrounded by nature without an electric bulb in sight. I live for all day feasts with my family and friends and snuggling up under the stars as night falls.

I enjoy the escapism of a novel but recently have gravitated to biographies more - I appreciate the opportunity to learn from the author's experience and perspectives.
Malou is a trainer and facilitator with more than 15 years' experience working in Human Resources, where she worked with the motivation and performance of managers and employees at all levels of the organisation. Masa through another lens…I love to go to places and take photographs - I have been on all of the 5 continents except South America. Hopefully I'll get to touch the ground there as well in the next few years. I double majored in undergraduate studies in Psychology and Studio Art(Photography) and the latter has been my serious hobby for the past 40 years or so.

Natalie through another lens…Tennis reminds me of being a kid. I'd ride my bike to the courts and play all day. It's always been my favourite sport, and I love the sound of the ball hitting the racquet for that "perfect" shot. Stepping onto the court still creates joy and brings back so many memories of laughter and fun!

Piers through another lens….We don't stop playing as we grow old, we grow old if we stop playing. Riding a bike down hill and through mud, with your friends is unbridled play for me. My mountain bike gives me fresh air, adventure, adrenaline and health along with laughs and sociability. What else could I ask for?

Rez through another lens…at a young age I was introduced to dinosaurs and immediately fell in love with them. Knowing they weren't around anymore made me ask questions and piqued my curiosity - They became the gateway to my love of science and the pursuit of knowledge. I learned the value of asking questions and by asking questions how we advance and grow as people.
Richard is the founder of Sladen Consulting and is bursting with entrepreneurial energy and creative solutions to clients' needs. He co-leads the Sladen Family, with Sonja, his business partner, as CVO (Chief Visionary Officer) and is driven with a passion and commitment to grow the business so that we can help more clients and provide more support through Sladen's Butterfly Fund. Roderic is a former Officer in the Royal Marines. Rosemary is Finance Board Director and has worked with Sladen from the beginning. Rosemary believes with greater worldwide dialogue and cooperation, international tax policies can help to create a Carbon Net Zero world. People need to be better educated to understand what ‘tax' is all about!
Rosemary through another lens…Sport and the great outdoors are my relaxation; I am a keen cyclist and regular player in the local tennis league and my dream is a tennis court in the back garden! My daughter Grace keeps me young at heart and my family is everything.
Sarah is a Project Manager. After a career working in customer insight; managing, analysing and debriefing international research projects, Sarah has more recently worked for local authority. The varied breadth of Sarah's experience enables her to project manage at Sladen with endurance, accuracy and exceptionally high levels of customer service.
Sarah through another lens….Flowers are my ‘me time' to shut off and focus on the moment. Creating, smelling, reflecting and appreciating the beauty of this special world. A Spring arrangement grown in the garden or a Christmas wreath foraged locally allows me to represent who I am.
Silke is a trainer, coach and facilitator with 15+ years' experience working with people at multinational companies in Asia that come from diverse backgrounds. She specialises in building skills to navigate VUCA environments, facilitating communication across cultural backgrounds and creating effective leadership in today's fast changing global business. She has a powerful combination of a R&D scientific background, gained after many years in the the Pharmaceutical Industry, combined with a passion and natural ability in Human Skills. Sonja through another lens….I am a visual thinker and rediscovered my drawing skills in recent years. Making complex stories short and expressing ideas through pictures helps me to be my best self and enables meaningful discussions for mutual understanding - in private as well as in business settings.

Sue is Head of Operations with Sladen Consulting. A Management consultant for thirteen years, Sue gained a wealth of experience within blue chip, multinational clients. Subsequent to a ‘having children' break, she worked within a number of small businesses as well as setting up her own music franchise and is now studying for a Masters in Environmental Management. All this experience combines to make Sue perfectly suited for her Operations lover role with a side order of Sustainability.
Sue through another lens… Singing has always been part of my life, from busking in my uni days, to running my children's primary school choir, to being in a band. I find it hard not to feel joyous when belting out a tune, and make sure I do it as often as possible!
Wendy's areas of expertise include coaching, change management, leadership development, corporate cultural development and soft skills training. With 20 years of HR Management experience in multi-national companies this has allowed Wendy to strengthen her mentoring, coaching and facilitation skills. Wendy speaks Chinese and English.
