Andrew Demetriou

Andrew has spent over 15 years in the recruitment industry, working for a range of companies from a global PLC, to being the first employee of a start-up. For the past 5 years, he has focused on managing teams and recruiting leadership positions within digital and technology. Typical clients are high-growth businesses who are venture capital or private equity backed, or large corporates who are in the midst of a digital transformation. Andrew has a real interest in how technology is changing people's lives, and what the future of technology might hold for the next generation, which makes him enjoy the conversations he has with clients and candidates alike. Andrew has two young boys who take up most of his time and energy outside of work, but when he gets the chance, he enjoys watching live sports, photography, and learning about new cultures. Andrew has seen many of the world's greatest athletes play their trade and has travelled across the world to watch F1, football and US sports. He has also been known to barbeque all year round and in any weather!

Andy specialises in executive interim management appointments for our Human Resources practice. Having operated on interim assignments within HR for over a decade, his strong network of senior contacts enables him to deliver on a range of opportunities for his clients within both HR, and large change programmes with a people bias. This includes functional areas such as talent, employee and industrial relations; as well as Head of and HR Director assignments. Much of Andy's work is focused around large-scale change including; HR operations, shared services and HRIS, as well as broader HR projects and transformation programmes. Before joining Eton Bridge, Andy was an Associate Director for a global boutique HR recruitment firm. Prior to this, he led the client management of large managed service programmes, including one of the UK's leading banks. Andy has a strong focus on customer service and building long-term relationships to support HR professionals, whether they are candidates or clients. He has spent over a decade building his network and continues to strive to provide the closest fit to his clients needs as possible. Outside of work, Andy is a keen lover of outdoor cooking, health and fitness, various sports, and enjoys completing numerous marathons, half marathons and triathlons. As an FA Level 2 football coach, Andy now spends much of his time outside of work coaching youth development teams, mentoring for the Duke of Edinburgh awards and spending time with his wife and two children.

His early career was spent in London and Hong Kong in investment banking executive search, before returning to the UK to help establish a highly regarded Windsor-based executive recruitment firm, which was sold to a publicly quoted group in 2007. Ashton co-founded Eton Bridge Partners in 2010 and in 2022 became Non-Executive Director. Ashton enjoys travelling with his wife Rowena, walking his dogs, Nelson and Hugo, boating on the Thames and all things coastal. He is also a keen rugby supporter and F1 fan.

Ben specialises in senior level (£800+ per day) interim management recruitment within Business Transformation, supporting organisations through significant periods of strategic change. Assignments focus around enterprise-wide and cross-functional transformation leadership, including change management, programme and project management and PMO. Ben has spent over 20 years in interim recruitment, largely focused on Change and Transformation. His desire to provide the right business solutions for his clients is underpinned by a core value set based on relationships, integrity, reliability and a hunger to exceed expectations. It's an approach that fits perfectly with the ethos of Eton Bridge Partners. Ben has been recognised as a Leading Interim Provider Consultant in the Institute of Interim Management Survey in 2020 and 2021; his success is accompanied by Eton Bridge Partners being named as the #1 provider of Interim Managers 2021 and 2022 by the IIM. Ben studied Business Administration at Kent University. He began his recruitment career as a Pan-European SAP contract recruiter, before moving into Financial Services recruitment in 2005, where he dedicated his time building and running high performing teams, focused on technology and change interim solutions. Ben joined Eton Bridge Partners in 2016 to get back to the coal-face, where his energy, tenacity and focus is truly felt by client and candidate alike. To unwind, if he's not on the tennis court or enjoying a war film, Ben is happiest exploring the outdoors and/or the local pub menu with his family.

Gill is responsible for all aspects of financial management including internal reporting, statutory reporting and compliance at Eton Bridge Partners. She started her career in finance as a trainee management accountant in London where she completed her CIMA exams (ACMA). After qualifying Gill worked with a German pharmaceutical company as divisional controller before joining financial recruitment experts, Martin Ward Anderson in 1999. During more than 11 years with the company she transformed their finance team, implemented numerous process improvements, including electronic time sheet systems, and was heavily involved in the sale to Randstad in 2005. In September 2010 she joined Investigo, a rapidly growing interim and search recruiter with several offices in the UK and Hong Kong. Here she set up a new finance team and systems to bring the function back in-house from an outsourced finance provider. Gill has a constant focus on process efficiency and is always looking for ways to improve service and results. She lives in the village of Holyport with her husband and two school-aged children and enjoys family days out, particularly motor racing or going to the beach.
