Laura Murphy - Founder

Laura has an MBA, is a qualified teacher and highly experienced Executive Coach. Her specialism is organisational development and behavioural sciences. She founded the charity The WayfinderWoman Trust and had been recognised by former Prime Minster Theresa May for her innovative work supporting women and in June 2021 received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. A past advisory member of the Sussex Police Gender Equality Advisory Group and the Strategic Advisory Group, she is now a member of the Crown Prosecution Service Scrutiny Panels for Violence against women and young girls, and Hate Crime. She was a finalist for the East Sussex Women in Business awards 2019 for Mentor of the Year, Contribution to the Community and Innovation Awards. Laura is an accredited Time to Think Consultant, Facilitator, Thinking Partnerships teacher and Coach and approved provider for Enterprise Nation. She was a registered Growth coach and trainer with the now abolished national Growth Accelerator scheme for businesses who wished to expand.
