At the height of the recession in 2010, former Barratt regional chairman Adam Lawrence identified a clear opportunity for a well-capitalised developer to maximise the potential of the London residential property market - and launched London Square.
With over 25 years' experience in the industry, Adam provides astute and agile leadership to a team of more than 180 staff, with land, construction, production and sales and marketing divisions working from its headquarters in West London.
Andy is responsible for construction, operations, quality control and customer care, ensuring a first class experience for each customer throughout their journey. Following a 24-year career at Barratt Developments, he has been involved with a range of significant projects in London including Visage in Swiss Cottage and the Stonegrove Estate in Edgware.
Daren Nathan is responsible for building London Square's strategic partnerships with housing associations, local authorities and government agencies, forging relationships to help housing providers and public bodies to maximise the value from their assets through residential development and also to help local authorities to generate cross-subsidy funding to provide much-needed new homes.
A Chartered Accountant with over 16 years' experience, Dave Kierney joined London Square in 2014 to establish the Financial Planning and Analysis Team. Promoted to Financial Director in 2021, Dave is responsible for financial forecasting and reporting, working closely with the operational team to ensure business objectives are met and compliance is maintained at every level of the business.

David Dudley is the Chief Partnerships and Investments Officer at Aldar Development and is responsible for executing and managing development partnerships, including joint ventures, public-private partnerships, land acquisition, and corporate acquisitions. Dudley also plays a key role in the development and implementation of Aldar Development's strategy for international expansion and asset class diversification. Dudley has over 25 years of global experience in real estate advisory, development management, asset management, and transactions. Prior to joining Aldar, he held senior positions at JLL, including Director of Operations and Head of Abu Dhabi, KSA, and Egypt, and prior to that, he held senior roles with JLL in Hong Kong, Asia, Russia, and the UK. Dudley holds a BSc (Hons) in urban land economics from Sheffield Hallam University. He serves as a board member for various Aldar Development Partnerships.

Dean is responsible for all London Square's commercial activities across North London. Dean joined London Square 11 years ago, following seven years at Barratt Developments, and has extensive experience delivering complex schemes inside the M25 to budget.
Group Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer at Aldar Properties, responsible for a broad remit that covers finance, corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, group digital services, and sustainability. He also sits across the group's various executive management committees and boards. Prior to his current role, Faisal served as Chief Financial Officer of Aldar Investment, Aldar's core asset management business, which includes Aldar Investment Properties, Aldar Education, Aldar Hospitality, and Principal Investments. A seasoned finance and investment professional, Faisal has held several senior roles working for sovereign wealth funds and public companies such as Mubadala Investment Company and Emaar Properties. His experience includes M&A and asset management having deployed capital across the US and Europe as Vice President of Global Real Estate Investments at Mubadala Investment Company.
Hugo is responsible for sourcing and acquiring land across the South region for London Square and its independent affordable housing provider, Square Roots.
With an extensive track record in land acquisition in Greater London, Hugo has worked for Barratt West London, Barratt London, Linden Homes and A2 Dominion.
James is responsible for reviewing new projects, appointing the design team, and ensuring technical and regulatory requirements are fulfilled. James trained as an architect and has over 20 years' experience in the delivery of mixed-use and residential projects.

Responsible for the delivery of all London Square sites in the northern region of Greater London, including major mixed use regeneration schemes delivering homes of all tenures.
Jo joined London Square at the height of the pandemic in 2020 as Sales and Marketing Director. She was promoted to Group Sales and Marketing Director the following year, leading the team to achieve record results during a most challenging period in the market.
Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Development, responsible for all development activities across the company. Throughout his 30+ years in the global real estate industry, Jonathan has held senior positions at leading developers including UK Managing Director at Hammerson, Managing Director of Development and Communities at Majid Al Futtaim and most recently at Lendlease, a multinational construction, property and infrastructure company, where he was both CEO of the firm's global residential practice and Managing Director of Property for Europe, and prior to that he was their Managing Director of Development for Australia.
Responsible for the development and implementation of future strategy for all areas of production, delivery and sales. With more than 25 years' experience in the property industry, Mark began his career as a quantity surveyor. He progressed to partner and director level roles at Turner & Townsend and Berkeley Homes, then joined Shanly Homes as a regional MD in 2006 before becoming Residential Managing Director.
With over 25 years' experience in the property industry spanning construction, technical and development roles, Mark champions innovative planning and design solutions for all London Square sites. He joined as a founding director in 2010 having previously been responsible for numerous award-winning schemes at Barratt West London.
Matt has been with London Square since it was founded in 2010. He is responsible for ensuring consistent, robust technical design across all developments in the London Square portfolio. With over 25 years' experience working across a wide range of diverse, technically challenging London developments, with Crest Nicholson, Taylor Woodrow and Barratt London, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
Max is responsible for sourcing and securing a range of opportunities to ensure a supply of land for London Square's future developments, pursuing land that fits the needs of the business.
Ricardo is responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing land. With over 17 years' experience in the residential development industry, Ricardo joined London Square from Redrow Homes, where he specialised in the delivery of major regeneration and mixed-use projects.
Responsible for all aspects of financial governance, Scott has an outstanding track record. With over 25 years' experience he has managed over £2 billion of debt and equity transactions, in addition to working at board level for a wide variety of companies across industries including technology, healthcare and financial services.

With over 25 years of experience in the residential sector, Sean spent 12 years as production director at Berkeley Homes and, before that, at Ballymore, where he was UK construction director.

Formerly Commercial Director at Barratt North London, Steve has over 25 years' experience with a strong track record of delivering award-winning developments to budget in London and the home counties.
Group Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Properties. Under his leadership, Aldar has bolstered its presence by expanding its geographic footprint outside of Abu Dhabi to the neighbouring emirates of Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, and internationally to Egypt. The company currently holds a diversified recurring income portfolio worth over USD 9 billion, an ongoing development backlog of over USD 20 billion between owned and managed projects, in addition to a 70 million sqm strategic landbank. Talal serves on the boards of numerous companies, including Abu Dhabi Transport Company, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Miral Asset Management, "Ethara" and "Sandooq Al Watan" - the UAE's national fund focused on social contribution. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and serves on the boards of a number of Aldar subsidiaries as, Chairman of SODIC - the leading lifestyle developer in Egypt, Chairman of Aldar Estates and Vice-Chairman of Aldar Education.
