Haydn Smith

Haydn spent 17 years with HSBC Bank in the early part of his career, before being appointed as IT Director of Vaultex UK Ltd, a JV Cash Management business which catered for almost 40% of UK's cash, formed with Barclays Bank following difficulties with a prior outsourcing. Haydn established an IT environment from scratch and remained responsible for that and all elements of business change for ten years, before making a move to a Pharmaceutical business where he spent the last five years. A passionate strategic leader, Haydn prides himself on teamwork and encouraging the very best out of those around him.

James Comery - CFO

James Knight - Managing Director

James was appointed Managing Director of Innserve in January 2022 and has significant experience in both consumer-orientated and B2B businesses. He joined Innserve from the RAC, the UK's number 1 breakdown business, where he was COO for 5 years, responsible for the service delivery to 2 million customers each year. Prior to this, James held senior positions in William Hill and O2/Telefonica, having begun his career in the banking industry.

Kieran Delaney - COO

Kieran is the Director of Operations and has responsibility for the Field Operation covering over 500 field technicians and their management structure. A passionate believer in exceptional service, Kieran has been with Innserve since its inception in 2004 holding a variety of operational and leadership roles before joining the Innserve Executive team as Director of IT in 2016. Kieran became Director of Operations in 2022 and brings a customer orientated focus and a dedication to strong colleague engagement.

Peter O'Brien

Peter is Director of Customer Relations and has responsibility for all existing customer contracts and development of new business. Peter has been with the company since inception. Peter has a first class degree in Mechanical Engineering and, prior to Innserve, Peter worked in Scottish Courage gaining experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Systems Implementation and Trade Quality and also in the Engineering functions at British Steel and British Airways.

Rachel Braddock

Rachel joins Innserve following an extensive career as a HR professional, most recently working for Glen Dimplex as their People & Culture Director, leading and developing their operational and strategic people plans to support the organisation's strategy. Previous to that Rachel spent 4 years at Thomas Cook as their Senior HR Business Partner, leading the people agenda for over 750 employees including pilots and crew. Rachel is passionate about driving change and improvement.
