Esmail is a Transport Consultant having joined Paul Mew Associates in March 2021. Esmail graduated from London South Bank University with a MSc Transport Planning and Engineering and BEng in Civil Engineering. Modules in his course included Transport planning, Highway Engineering, Traffic Engineering and Project Management.
Since joining the team Esmail has worked on a variety of projects and gained valuable experience in policy research, using AutoCAD to audit scheme designs, traffic data collection, parking stress surveys, vehicle swept path analysis, and trip generation assessment and impact assessments.
A Director within the team, John is a traffic and transport planner with over 30 years' experience having worked in both the private and public sector. John is responsible for the management of a wide range of projects across the disciplines offered by Paul Mew Associates ranging from traffic impact assessments to travel plan implementation and planning appeals.
Supports the Paul Mew Associates management team in running and organising the company. As the office and finance manager she oversees all administrative and budgetary aspects of our projects.
Nick is a Director within the Paul Mew Associates team with a wealth of experience working on a wide range of projects from the inception stages right through to planning approval. Nick can offer a variety of planning assistance and traffic impact assessment disciplines. He has considerable experience in the design and execution of highways data collection surveys and analysis as well as specialist traffic and junction analysis and site layout design considerations.
Nick has provided reports and documentation for appeal procedures. He is a Law Society registered expert witness and has acted as an expert witness at Public Inquiries.
Osbert is a Graduate Consultant, having joined Paul Mew Associates in March 2022. Osbert graduated from King's College London with a BA degree in Geography. While at university, his modules included Infrastructural Geographies, Urban and Cultural Geographies, and Geopolitics.
While Osbert has been at Paul Mew Associates he has worked on numerous projects across London and the Home Counties and has gained plenty of experience in conducting parking surveys, swept-path analysis, scheme audits, and preparing transport reports in support of planning applications.
