Alex is founding Director of Gillespie Manners. He has 20 years' executive search experience under his belt and now leads our Business Development function globally. Alex continues to deliver strategic C level executive, board advisory and general management search. With technology, consulting, and end user clients ranging from VC backed start up's through to FTSE 100/Fortune 500 companies.
Alex is an enthusiastic runner having taken part in Marathons in London, San Francisco and Kenya to name a few.

Andra has worked in technology recruitment for 4 years, supporting both hardware and software clients, specifically within the retail sector. She has successfully delivered many mid to senior level hires, including C-levels executives across the UK, US and EMEA.

Originally from Romania, Andrei began his journey with Executive Search in April 2021 when he joined Gillespie Manners as a Researcher. In his time at the company, he's excelled rapidly thanks to his hard work and determination. He's helped to deliver mission-critical staffing projects for global clients across a variety of technology sectors. As a consultant, he now specialises in the delivery of supply chain and logistics roles. Before Executive Search he spent 1 year in healthcare recruitment.
Andrew is founding Director of Gillespie Manners. He sits on our board of Directors and heads our leadership team.
From an executive search perspective Andrew has successfully completed assignments up to and including CEO level and throughout the C level for clients in the technology industry, in particular the Supply Chain and Retail technology markets. Andrew has delivered executive search projects for clients all over the world, working with some of the world's largest organisations and some of the world's most innovative and dynamic software organisations.

Callum began his Executive Search journey in May 2021, when he joined the Gillespie Manners team. He's since been able to draw upon his background in sales, and client-facing roles, to deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates in mission critical staffing projects. Callum has supported on a range of projects for senior and c-level roles in multiple sectors. He now specialises in robotics and automation assignments.
Caroline joined Gillespie Manners in 2022 and is responsible for a range of administrative duties around the office.
Cella leads the Research function at Gillespie Manners and is responsible for the comprehensive training of new Researchers, facilitating their rapid technical and personal development, promoting our company culture and ensuring this is embedded in their everyday activities and behaviour.
Since joining the company in 2017 as a Researcher, Cella made the quick progression through to Research Manager in 2019. Originally from Indonesia, Cella has a deep understanding of Southeast Asia and has undertaken a number of C-level searches in that region.
Cella is a graduate of the University of Westminster, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management. She is fluent in both English and Indonesian, and in addition to the UK has lived, and studied in Indonesia and Thailand. Besides recruitment she has experience in the Luxury Goods Retail business and Travel & Tourism.
Claire, a law graduate (LLB), has over 10 years of International Executive Search experience placing senior executives within the technology market. Claire previously led the Retail Software business unit at Gillespie Manners, focused on retail and CPG industry verticals from a commercial growth perspective. In her newly appointed role of Director of Operations, Claire drives efficiencies in operating procedures and processes and oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Daria leads the Gillespie Manners RFID/IoT/Robotics Practice. Daria is a specialist in global RFID/IoT and a member of RAIN RFID Alliance Group. She has placed mid to senior level specialists in sales, business development, technical delivery and development, marketing, HR and advisory boards across major players within RFID and also smaller to medium size companies. Daria has counselled on advisory board selection and also with vendors, manufacturers and system integrators selection with end-users and potential partnerships within RFID/IoT/Robotics eco-system.
With strong project management and consultancy experience Daria has managed multiple EU and UNIDO funded projects prior to going into the sales environment. She has over 6 years of recruiting experience across a broad range of mid to senior level positions for leading digital agencies, investment banks, multinational consultancies, consumer goods and electronics companies and various niche RFID/IoT technology players.
Daria is a graduate of North-East Normal University in China where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Mandarin Chinese and History.

Thomas joined Gillespie Manners in January 2017 as a Graduate Researcher, moving into the Retail Practice in July of that year. Thomas oversees a team of consultants and has a focus on new business development within the retail, hospitality, banking and gaming sectors within payment & financial technology.
