Farbod is currently heading MontaVista's Global support and Customer Services. His responsibilities include working with broad customer base worldwide in developing, integrating and supporting MV's Embedded Real-Time Linux with applications across Telecom, networking, Internet of Things (IoT) and General Embedded markets. Farbod joined Cavium, a parent company of MontaVista in 2012 as Engineering Director, managing Development and Quality teams for developing and testing embedded Linux based network attached software stack based on Cavium Arm SOC. Before Cavium and MontaVista, Farbod worked at Seagate, Maxtor and Quantum for over 15 years. Farbod's role as a Program Manager Director was working with developers and suppliers in USA and ASIA, developing multi Bay Network attached storage products, direct attached USB, FireWire and SATA storage products. Farbod also managed development and release of multiple Consumer Electronic products such as HD media players with linkage to online contents.

Gaurav has over 18 years of experience in Delivery, CRM, Sales and Account management. Gaurav joined MontaVista in 2010 and has served in several key roles within the company including Pre-Sales, Resource Planning and Projects Execution. Gaurav started his career in 2001 and prior to joining MontaVista, worked for Celestial Systems and ABB in key Business Management positions.

Hiroshi brings extensive sales and marketing executive experience from his 30+ years with IBM and embedded software industry, together with practical and logical approach built on MBA. As APAC Director at MontaVista, Hiroshi is responsible for leading the MontaVista sales effort and is developing business penetrating into network segment with building up the overall company value proposition and brand.

Iisko is heading MontaVista's Product Management, Technical Marketing and Technical Field Operations. Iisko Lappalainen is heading Montavista's Technical Marketing and Technical Field Operations. Iisko has over 20 years of experience working in the embedded software sector. Besides MontaVista also in leading companies like Nokia, Ericsson and TietoEvry as well as some innovative Embedded Linux startups. He is tasked to making sure that MontaVista's customers have the best fit solution available to them using MontaVista's products and services, and that MontaVista's product offering also reflects the needs of the market. During his career he has worked in several application and industry areas including mobile terminals, telecommunications software and machine-to-machine communications/Internet of Things. Iisko and his team focus on evangelizing, planning and promoting innovative technologies around embedded Linux in the areas of Networking, Telecommunications, IoT, Military/Defense among others. Iisko holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Turku, Finland and is pursuing a Ph.D in the field of embedded systems.

Jason is currently MontaVista Software's legal counsel. Jason Wacha has been recognized by the San Francisco Daily Journal as "one of the country's preeminent experts" in the field of open source software licensing and was cited on infoworld.com as "one of the smartest open source attorneys on the planet." He has been named as a Northern California Super Lawyer®, his work has twice been cited as authority in U.S. Federal court cases, and he has been sought out as a consultant by the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition, he has spoken at or chaired more than 70 conferences and events in the U.S. and internationally, lectures at law schools on both technology licensing and international business transactions, and is a widely published author, in particular as relates to open source software licensing and the GNU General Public License. Jason has helped to run a corporate and securities practice group at one of the country's most respected high tech law firms (Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati). He has also served as the associate general counsel of a publicly traded hardware (semiconductor) company and as the general counsel and member of the executive staff at two Silicon Valley software companies (including at the world's leading embedded Linux® software company). Jason has a J.D. from the University of California, Davis, where he was an editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review, and has degrees in both economics and English from Stanford University.

Ravi is currently the President and CEO of MontaVista Software. He is a dynamic and accomplished technology executive with extensive software products and services background with 20+ years of experience. Ravi is currently the President and CEO of MontaVista. He is an accomplished technology leader with 20+ years of software products and services experience. Prior to his current role, Ravi was responsible for Engineering and Professional Services organizations at MontaVista. Previously, Ravi was VP & General Manager of FailSafe Business Unit at Phoenix Technologies, where he built FailSafe - an award winning Cloud service for PC consumers for tracking mobile devices and data protection. Prior to Phoenix, Ravi ran Linux Products and Services groups at LynuxWorks, where he helped incubating one of the Industry's first Embedded Linux Distribution. Before that, he worked on printer firmware and applications at HP where he got his first exposure to embedded systems design. Ravi started his career as Research Scientist at India's Defense Research organization working on 3D modeling and image processing applications. Ravi holds a Master degree in Computer Science and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. He currently holds 5 US patents.

Sanjay Raina is currently the President and CEO of Celestial Systems Inc., the company Sanjay founded in 2001. Celestial is based in Vancouver, Canada. Celestial provides global software development services for Web/Mobile Enterprise applications, and Embedded Linux based services. Celestial has a long history with MontaVista Software, with several different partnership engagements starting from 2001. Prior to his current role, Sanjay was the President of MontaVista Software from January 2013 till late 2018. Previously, he was also the Vice President for the Engineering and Professional Services teams at MontaVista. Under his leadership, MontaVista developed domain expertise in various areas including embedded Linux, In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems, Digital Media, Storage and Android. Sanjay was the President and CEO of Celestial Systems from 2004 till 2010. From the year 2000 till mid 2004, Sanjay was the President & CEO of Pixtel Communications Inc., a software company offering products and services for mobile phone development. Pixtel was acquired by Mediatek Inc. of Taiwan in the summer of 2004. Beginning 1994 till early 2000, Sanjay was the Regional Director for Asia Pacific business for Integrated Systems Inc. (which was acquired by Wind River Systems in 1998), and was responsible for developing the embedded software market for the company in the APAC region. Sanjay is a B.Tech. graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, India, and a M.A.Sc. graduate from the University of British Columbia at Vancouver, Canada.
