Arthur Moerman

Arthur Moerman joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners in July 2022. His expertise lies in advising on and structuring complex credit risk solutions, with extensive experience in, amongst others, commodities, real estate and leveraged and structured finance. Arthur has over 20 years of experience in banking and private equity investing. He began his career in 2000 in the Netherlands at MeesPierson Corporate Banking, later ABN AMRO, in leveraged finance. He moved to New York in 2003 and London in 2006 during which years he worked in leveraged and structured finance, underwriting numerous transactions across Europe and the US. In 2009 he moved to Amsterdam to work in risk management for several years before taking a role leading ABN AMRO's investments in commodity finance ventures, where he set up a major new investment joint venture with institutional investors. In the years thereafter he set up sell side market access for ABN AMRO's distressed debt department, executing numerous single asset and portfolio transactions with third party financial institutions. Arthur then moved into real estate private equity, where he spent 5 years immediately prior to joining Bishopsfield Capital Partners. Arthur has served on the board of various charitable organizations. He holds an MA in Economic History from Leiden University.

Aukje Voskamp

Aukje Voskamp joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners in January 2019. She focuses on portfolio management, monitoring and servicing of real estate and other forms of structured debt finance. Prior to joining Bishopsfield Capital Partners, Aukje worked for many years at The Royal Bank of Scotland providing effective risk and portfolio management of client portfolios within the real estate finance team. Aukje began her career at ABN AMRO in the Netherlands as a Relationship Manager, Private Banking. Aukje holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. In addition to her native Dutch, she speaks fluent English.

Emily Bradbrook

Emily Bradbrook joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners in October 2022 as a Finance Analyst, primarily working in the Monitoring Advisory Services Team, focusing on facilitating more efficient and informed issuer / investor decision-making for infrastructure, real estate and project finance loan and debt capital market financings. Prior to joining Bishopsfield, Emily pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics (2020) and a master's degree in Finance (2021) at the University of Essex. Her post-graduate dissertation focused on female representation within venture capital finance. In 2021, Emily was awarded The Essex Finance Centre Postgraduate Prize for Finance and The Craig Hiemstra Memorial Prize for best performance in MSc Finance at the pre-dissertation stage. After graduating in 2021, Emily worked for World Kinect Energy Services in the procurement team for a year managing tenders, delivering budgets, and providing cost analysis to multiple clients across the UK.

Marija Beleska

Marija Beleska joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners in June 2011, having spent the two previous years at ProCredit Bank in Macedonia as a relationship manager for corporate clients. From September 2008 to September 2009 Marija worked as a quantitative consultant focussing on financial analytics and valuations of mortgage portfolios. A key assignment included developing a financial model to value a German bank for private equity buyers. From 2006 to 2008 Marija worked as a quantitative analyst for the Structured Consumer Capital team at ABN AMRO in London, with a focus on developing valuation models for purchases of UK and European portfolios of both performing and non-performing mortgages. During this time Marija was a key member participating in the team's first UK RMBS securitisation and the establishment of Topaz Finance Plc, a credit trading subsidiary of ABN AMRO with over GBP 1.2 billion of assets under management. Marija started her career in September 2005 in the planning and analytics department at Ohridska Banka Macedonia.

Mike Adam

Mike Adam has over 20 years experience arranging finance for major infrastructure and real estate projects including PPP schemes (healthcare, custodial, water, defence, IT), commercial property, telecoms networks and sports stadia. He started working with Bishopsfield Capital Partners in 2013. Mike's experience encompasses over EUR 2.5 billion of successful completed transactions as a lender, adviser and investor, covering both developed and emerging markets. Significant career highlights include arranging debt for Fazakerley Prison; the UK's first major PFI project financing, advising on the Levenmouth and Aquatrine PFI water projects, advising The FA on the redevelopment of Wembley Stadium and closing the UK's first primary healthcare PPPs under the NHS LIFT programme. He has also led deal teams on the acquisition and asset management of major commercial real estate assets, mainly in CEE, including Galeria Pomorska in Poland and the Senukai retail portfolio in Lithuania. More recently, Mike has advised the senior management team of a leading CEE based real estate developer on the launch of an award winning hotel concept in Prague and its international rollout. Mike began his career as a graduate trainee at ABN AMRO Bank in London and has subsequently worked with Nomura in Hong Kong and Babcock & Brown in London, Luxembourg and Vienna. Mike holds an MA from Cambridge University.

Mike Nawas

Mike Nawas co-founded Bishopsfield Capital Partners in 2009. He has been a driving force behind the early successes and expansion of the firm. Mike is a well-known and highly respected leader and practitioner in the European financial markets, and he brings his expertise, experience and relationships to our clients via his deep personal involvement in transactions. He is frequently cited in the international financial press. Mike spent 20 years in ABN AMRO Bank's debt practice both in Amsterdam and London, working across various finance areas including structured & syndicated lending, project, commodity & export finance, debt capital markets, emerging markets loans & bonds and, most notably, securitisation. He was appointed Global Head of Securitisation in 2003 and soon after that broadened his role to become Global Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets and Structured Finance, where he led ABN AMRO's global origination business across the entire spectrum of credit products with a 750 person team in 25 countries. Financial News, the Dow Jones publication, named Mike in 2008 in the top 10 of most influential people in European capital markets. After ABN AMRO's global markets business was acquired by RBS in 2007, he became Global Head of Corporate & Structured Debt Capital Markets at RBS, before leaving in 2009 to co-found Bishopsfield Capital Partners. Mike holds a Masters Degree (with distinction, 1989) and Ph.D. (1995) from Tilburg University, the Netherlands. He is Associate Professor Financial Markets at Nyenrode Business University, the Netherlands. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Triodos Bank NV, the European values-based bank headquartered in the Netherlands.

Owen McGovern

Owen McGovern joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners in 2022 as an Associate, primarily working in the Monitoring Advisory Services team. Before joining Bishopsfield, Owen spent three years working in the Credit Risk Department of ORIX Aviation, an Aircraft Leasing Company based in Dublin. During his time there he worked on more than 20 transactions including Aircraft sales, purchases, and leases, providing credit analysis and support from the origination stage to deal closing. Owen graduated in 2019 with a joint honours bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin. During his time at university, he completed a 3-month internship in Standard Chartered Bank's Structured Finance department. Owen has also passed level 1 of the CFA exams.

Steve Curry

Steve Curry co-founded Bishopsfield Capital Partners in 2009 and has played a major role in establishing the firm as well as building its track record in independent structured finance advice and financial investments. Steve takes a hands-on approach and has been actively involved in providing advice and executing transactions for both corporate and financial institution clients. His areas of professional expertise are debt capital markets (DCM), securitisation, project & export finance and structured lending. Prior to joining Bishopsfield Capital Partners, Steve spent 21 years as an investment banker at ABN AMRO and RBS in London and Singapore. From 2006 to 2009, Steve held Managing Director positions at ABN AMRO and RBS as European Head of Financial Institutions DCM & Securitisation and CEEMEA Head of Structured Bonds. From 2000 to 2006, he specialised in securitisation, quickly progressing to becoming first Benelux Head and then European Head. Prior to that, Steve held a variety of roles in ABN AMRO's global project & export finance business focused primarily on the power, telecom and infrastructure sectors. Steve is well known in the European debt markets and is often quoted in the financial press on thought leadership issues. Steve holds an MBA from Warwick University in the UK.

Udo van der Linden

Udo van der Linden has been in investment banking for over 16 years, and has been involved in capital markets transactions with a volume in excess of EUR 40 billion euro. In 2011 Udo joined Bishopsfield Capital Partners after 2 successful years as an entrepreneur buying, restructuring and refocusing a German bank. After he brought in private equity and a new management team, Udo returned to investment banking at Bishopsfield Capital Partners. From 2003 to 2009, Udo worked for ABN AMRO in London and was first responsible for securitisation in Northern Europe, then for FIG DCM Benelux. During this time, Udo was actively involved in several landmark transactions, including the biggest European securitisation of the time and the first ever Continental European structured covered bond. Consequently the bank was awarded with several industry awards such as securitisation deal of the year and covered bond house of the year. From 2006, for ABN AMRO, Udo was responsible for buying, structuring and distribution of European portfolios of consumer assets and mortgages and equity investments in non-banking financial institutions. Udo started his career at ING Barings in Amsterdam in 1995 and transferred to Tokyo in 1999. During his years in Japan, his team received multiple industry awards such as Asian Securitisation House of the year, and best Asian Securitisation Deal of the year. Udo is currently on secondment at ABN AMRO. Udo graduated cum laude from Eindhoven Polytechnics in 1993, and holds a Masters Degree (with distinction) from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
