Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson has over 25 years of senior leadership experience, across all stages of the business lifecycle, in multiple sectors and in over 100 countries. As a CEO, entrepreneur, HR Director and Sales & Solutions Director, he has worked at the most senior levels in the FTSE100, outsourcing, financial services and the public sector - as well as founding two tech start-ups. As Peter Drucker once said, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast". Andrew's whole career has been focused on transforming the business through its vision, leadership and culture. Andrew heads up our Senior Leadership practice, matching the aspirations of talented candidates to the ambitions of your evolving business. Charlotte Perry

Charlotte Perry has over 10 years' experience in providing executive support to Senior management/Directors. She developed her career in Financial Services, honing her ability to deliver fast paced support to multiple stakeholders, including Chartered Financial Planners and their high net worth wealth Clients. Charlotte has enjoyed the transition to a new industry and is loving the world of executive recruitment, working as an integral member of the Paskpartnership team, and supporting our clients and candidates. Her friendly and warm approach is instantly evident. She is methodical, astute, calm, positive and proactive, which she combines with an acute attention to detail. Charlotte lives in Cornwall and enjoys spending much of her free time with friends and family, enjoying life by the Sea!

Debbie Pask - Founder

Debbie Pask has over 30 years' experience in executive search and assessment within the HR field. She has a reputation for building sustainable, trusted and collaborative relationships with clients and candidates. Her in depth knowledge of the HR market and her track record for delivery in a timely and cost effective manner are renowned. She has worked across a wide variety of industries, including consumer, financial services, media, professional services, retail, pharmaceutical, PE backed and not -for-profit. Debbie read modern history (BA Hons) at the University of York and her career includes: Executive and Interim Search Consultant specialising in the HR sector; Head of Resourcing for an Anglo-French company, Talent and Acquisition Director for a NASDAQ quoted company and generalist HR before entering the search industry. Debbie is EQi Certified (BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory).

Emma Watts

Emma has split her career between industry-based HR roles and Executive Search, with experience of Legal, Retail, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, Industrials, IT and Fintech sectors. She has deep knowledge of the recruitment and talent challenges across these industries and has particular expertise in recruiting executives in HR, Legal, Operations, Retail Management, Sales and Marketing with international clients. During her time in industry, she has worked in-house with companies such as Clarks shoes and several Top 100 Law firms, both in generalist HR roles and as Talent Acquisition lead. As our new head of research, Emma brings extensive experience of headhunting senior executives up to Partner and C-suite level on retained assignments. Her success is down to her professional, warm and super personable approach - like the rest of us at paskpartnership, she loves to get under the skin of candidates and truly understand what makes them tick. She is motivated by matching a candidate's aspirations and personal drivers with the ambitions and hopes of her clients, lifting up both candidates and clients alike. Emma lives in the West of England and is a Mum to three very active children and a mischievous puppy called Bear.

Emma Williams

Emma started her career in Retail Management before moving into an HR Generalist role, following her interest in people and their development. She has successfully brought her management and HR experience together in Executive search. With her deep HR knowledge, she has led the end to end delivery of numerous mandates in HR, but has also delivered roles in Finance, Business Transformation and Senior Leadership. Her range of industry sector experience is extensive, including Pharmacy, Aerospace, Financial services, FMCG and Outsourced services. Emma's background gives her a sound understanding of the commercial drivers in an organisation and an acute awareness of the value exceptional delivery can bring. This has instilled in her an approach which is responsive, solution driven and collaborative. She has gained a reputation of building strong and lasting relationships, enabling her to become a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike. Emma would describe herself as a foodie! An early love for cooking and hospitality led to her Degree in Hotel and Catering Management. A spell in the wine industry whilst working in HR has only helped to further her interest in food and wine.

Jason Pask

Jason has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years, following an early career in financial services. He co-founded and managed his own boutique recruitment business in Cardiff for 11 of those years, growing the business with a small team of consultants focused on HR, IT, accountancy, finance, sales and marketing roles. Jason joined Paskpartnership in 2018 to lead the creation of the systems and processes required for a growing recruitment business and now manages our back office and sales support processes. Jason has recently led the implementation of new technology into the business to support our growth, the demands of GDPR and our new FutureTalentâ„¢ service
