Carol brings a wealth of business and office experience to the team. She has an amazing gift of the gab, an asset in this role! Working part-time means that Carol also gets plenty of time to spend with her family.
Claire is our very competent Office Manager. Joining the business in 2019, Claire has helped steer the business through the most turbulent of times, keeping the team spirit high and enabling employee wellbeing. As well as being very skilled at motivating the team and she is very efficient at ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Claire works flexible hours to fit around her young family and has a vast experience in customer service and telemarketing, across various industries.
With a background in insurance and credit control, Claire is calm under pressure and a great team player. She has twice won the Bury Free Press Employee of the Year award. Claire enjoys spending time with her young children, husband and Maggie, their delightful pup!
Finlay is currently studying Politics & International Relations at Aberdeen University. His part-time role here at Your Telemarketing enables him to keep up with his studies as well as earn some money to keep the fridge full. We just don't ask what it's stocked with!

Poppie has vast experience in customer service and sales experience, and is delighted to have a role which is flexible enough to fit in around her young family. Her communications skills make her an ideal fit with Your Telemarketing.
Vicki has over 20 years' experience in both Sales and Customer Service. With a background in marketing and insurance, Vicki has varied experience in many industry sectors. Vicki constantly strives to achieve great results, even on the most challenging campaigns. Three young children and a husband means Vicki is well versed in multitasking!
