Phoenix House is committed to ensuring fair access to all potential service users. Referrals are accepted from any individual who have experienced any kind of mental health problem, regardless of race, colour, gender, sexuality, or ethnicity. We also accept referrals from all our stakeholders... We want Phoenix House to be your home and to be treated as your home. We support our service users in getting registered with a local GP but service users are supported to retain a GP of their choice if desired. In addition we provide support for service users in accessing external facilities such as Day Centre, other Rehabilitation Services, and assistance with Social Security and Housing Benefit issues. We also provide support in signposting service users to educational, training facilities, as well as getting back into work if this is desired.
