NICE MEDIA - Key Persons
Georgia has been at Nice Media since the summer of 2017 when she joined the company from a video marketing agency. Nice has given her the opportunity to bring together her favourite things into one place.
Georgia has a background in youth and social work which went in parallel with launching a niche online magazine and running sell-out comedy events in North East England. She moved into film-making and video production when she moved to Brighton in 2010. She also has a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, an MA in Digital Documentary, and a business planning award on her CV.
With experience in everything from operating a teleprompter to directing a documentary, she understands the possibilities and pitfalls of production and is an unashamed advocate of process and efficiency. Georgia loves genuinely collaborative projects and working with lovely people who care about what they do.
Isi started her journey in film production in 2001 after graduating from a BA (Hons) Degree in Broadcasting Studies. She has worked on a variety of platforms including TV commercials and sponsorship idents, computer game trailers, a BAFTA nominated online interactive thriller, factual television, music videos, corporates and events.
Isi is used to the challenges that film production can bring and enjoys solving problems, working out logistics and keeping her client, cast and crew happy aiming to make a shoot an enjoyable and smooth experience for all. From filming black panthers in a studio to aliens in the desert, Isi embraces a script and tries to make an idea come to life.
She has also got a PGCE in FE Teaching and has been coaching aspiring young film makers on how to start out in the industry.

Having just graduated with a first-class degree in Media Production, Lewie is jumping head first into his role at Nice. He brings with him a bunch of new ideas and creative skills that be uses across our productions.
Liam joined Nice Media as a producer in the middle of 2021, coming to the role fresh from managing an international content team for a coaching business.
In his previous roles, Liam has created online promo videos for charities, the public sector and businesses big and small, as well as managing digital content campaigns. This has given him experience working with clients across a range of different industries.
In his video production work, Liam has been part of all sorts of projects ranging from sports documentaries to short films. Outside of work, Liam can usually be found walking, camping and climbing around beautiful parts of the UK.
Mel joined Tom at Nice Media in 2009 to focus on developing the business within the learning sector. Mel's current role is primarily business development and finance. With a super positive attitude and a passion for people Mel is dedicated to making sure the Nice team create a great experience for everyone we collaborate with. Mel has a background in housing; from public sector tenancy management to private sector property portfolio management. This early career served her well in working with a diversity of clients at Nice Media.
Mel is a fine art graduate and specialised in Sculpture (bronze and plaster casting). When not at work, Mel can usually be found creatively seeking ways to keep two young boys active and entertained!

Originally a video artist - with shows at MOMA and the ICA - Tom switched to the more grounded path of corporate video. In 1996 he began to specialise in video for learning and enjoyed the opportunity to make more drama. Tom has made short films, viral films, documentaries and dramas - always with the aspiration to make films that work.
Tom loves working with really receptive clients. He has a talent for leveraging small budgets with big ideas. He enjoys creating a little fiction that suggests a reality beyond the edges of the screen. His best days are made up of getting in a groove filming with a tight team of actors, technicians and producers. And he's proud of making video content that does the job without showing off.
