Ash Maher, MA, MCIPD is the Senior HR Business Partner at Total Human Resources Limited, offering advice and support to businesses on all staff and employment related issues. He has over 15 years of experience in both operational and commercial business delivery, which was initially gained within the manufacturing industry. He worked in a number of front-line HR roles in the food, hotels, retail industry as well as and motor manufacturing in particular Aston Martin as a HR Consultant, being responsible for employee relations and change management, managing a culture transition and employee relations for 200 employees. Ash has since worked with a wide range of organisations of various size and sectors and as a professional HR interim for a number of blue-chip organisations such as Meggitt Aerospace, British American Tobacco, and The Law Society. Ash holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and is certified by the Institute of Business Consulting. Outside of work Ash has been involved in several youth and community engagement charities offering his HR expertise on a pro-bono basis and involved with fundraising activities. He is a keen cricketer, a natural ‘petrol-head' sport car and formula one enthusiast.
