ANDY GILBERT

Andy has been a mountain lover for many years having spent several winters working in the Canadian Rockies in five star hotels. After a short period in the UK developing his career in event and festival production, Andy moved to the Alps. Now permanently based in Chamonix, Andy runs our GPS treasure hunt product across Europe and divides his time between this and helping deliver our big events.

ANNA GILBERT

Anna is an experienced event manager and creative director, who has worked for Haute Pursuit over many years. Originally from Sweden, where she attended art school, Anna has been living in Chamonix, France, for more than 20 years, where she has amassed in-depth knowledge of the local hospitality and events market. Upon meeting the founder of international agency Collaborative Art, Steph Fonteyn, Anna was inspired to become a licensed facilitator of the directional and creative team building events devised by Collaborative Art, offering artistic team-building projects that "join the dots between the arts and the business worlds" using painting and drawing - attendees bring their teams closer together while expressing themselves creatively in a work environment.

BELINDA BUCKLEY

Belinda deals with all Haute Pursuit's financial and legal affairs, as well as assisting with the production of some of our corporate events. She is a creative and dynamic copywriter and also produces photographic and video shoots. Belinda is a qualified ocean skipper and was a crew member of the team that won the round the world yacht race Clipper in 2005-06.

CHARLIE CHARLESWORTH - CEO, Founder

Charlie created Haute Pursuit in 2005 after seeing a gap in the market for corporate ski weekends. The company has since grown into one of the leading event management and team building providers in the Northern Alps. Prior to moving to the Alps, Charlie had a successful career in the City of London, working in the world of finance. Charlie has managed and hosted a broad range of events across Europe and knows the Alps particularly well. His expertise lies in the incentive travel arena, as well as developing new markets, rewards experiences and exploring emerging destinations.

CHARLIE DOCHERTY

  • TRANSPORTATION MANAGER
Charlie manages Haute Transfer, Haute Pursuit's airport and in-valley transport service, and has a wealth of concierge and travel management experience. Charlie manages our fleet of vehicles and drivers which operate across Haute Savoie and further afield when required. Charlie loves adventure and has undertaken trans-continental bike rides, cycled in the Himalayas and paddled the length of the River Danube.

KERRY CHARLOTTE

While studying in the South of France, Kerry Charlotte took an internship with our Haute Wedding business for a summer season and since completing her international business degree, she handles marketing, working remotely and managing our multiple social media platforms. Kerry loves to travel and has now visited 26 countries with no plans to stop anytime soon.

MONICA DELEVAUX

Before joining Haute Pursuit, Monica ran her own travel business and has an excellent eye for detail, having planned and delivered luxury weddings for many years. She is a talented linguist and professional sports commentator, having presented the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc in Chamonix since 2013, the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, and the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Brazil.

STÉPHANIE GREGORIO

  • EVENT MANAGER
Stéphanie joined the team in 2015, after a brief period in management within the retail sector. A graduate of marketing and events management, Steph is mainly responsible for our French language clients, however she is bilingual having spent one year in London studying English and immersing herself in British culture, and thus a great asset to the business.
