Dominic is a chartered accountant who qualified with Grant Thornton in 2006. He has worked with large corporations such as IBM and Serco, as well as owner managed businesses. His experience spans IT, consumer goods, private aviation and FMCG. He has previously audited charities and wanted to use his finance and commercial skills to benefit Havant & East Hampshire Mind.

Ella Razzell

Ella has ten years' experience in Quality and Compliance management in a technical recruitment environment and wishes to use her knowledge of legislation, Bids & Tenders & contracts to benefit Havant & East Hampshire Mind. Ella is also an Diversity, Equity and inclusion advocate, embedding and promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry & wider community. Regularly speaking out about current issues facing those with protected characteristics. Mental health is something Ella cares strongly about and with her background in EDI practices, aims to help people feel able to access help regardless of personal situation or circumstances.

Rachel Redfern

Rachel is an artist and experienced coach who has worked with individuals and teams across the world. Having spent over three decades working in senior business development roles spanning a diverse range of organisations from a global partnership, private company, central government body to a national charity she brings a wealth of commercial experience, as well as creative thinking, to her trustee work at Mind. Having lost her father to suicide as a young adult she is committed to working with the charity to support those individuals who need the critical services they offer.

Richard Watts

Richard was appointed to the Board in July 2017. His background in Marketing and Business Development includes 20 years work in London real estate, a period as European Marketing Director for Ella's Kitchen, and as the Managing Director of Brightmatter UK. Richard is currently a Senior Business Development Manager at VX Fiber, working with local councils and advising them on how to invest in their local infrastructure. Richard became involved with HEH Mind through a fundraising activity and is now dedicating even more time and expertise to the charity.
