Paul Netherway, the founder and company owner, has more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. After working for G.B Caleva Ltd, where he was the senior service and development engineer, Paul made the decision to form Total Laboratory Services Ltd.

Tracey Hill, our dedicated Office Manager, also has many years experience within in the industry and has a wealth of product knowledge. Tracey handles all customer enquiries and offers a swift, professional and precise response.
