Domique has over 18 years of experience within administration in various sectors such as the fitness industry to immigration to transport. My current role involves responding to emails, answering the phones and dispatching orders placed.
Jackie spent 13 years as PA and Health & Safety Administrator with a paint manufacturer in Bolton. She completed a two year course in NVQ Assessor Level A1 and A2 in Business Administration, HNC Business Studies, RSA I, II and III and gained the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. She was promoted to Office Manager in May 2007.
Julie has wide-ranging secretarial and administration qualifications and skills gained across extensive business sectors. From Office Manager at a textile manufacturers, PA to the Business Services Partner at a leading firm of accountants, IT Administrator and PA to the IT Director at a large insurance company. Julie's understanding of how great administration can really move a business forward is fundamental to the success of Type-IT, the business she set up in March 1994.
Michaela has 12 years administrative experience due to working in pharmacy for 11 years. She started working at Type-IT in December 2022. Her current roles and responsibilities are customer service via phone or email, responding quickly and efficiently. Also transcription, data inputting and much more.
My name is Nasirah and I am the new apprentice at Type-IT. I am studying Level 3 Business and Administration programme with Bolton College. I have also previously completed a Business and Administration traineeship at Type-IT. My duties include reception, telephone answering and transcription.
