Andy Coote

Before that he had been a Project Manager in IT roles for two retailers, a Sales and Marketing Manager, also in IT and a freelance Project Manager, Marketer and Trainer. He has also been involved in the development of software products which were distributed in several Supply Chain projects.

Bill O'Hanlon

Bill was the founding editor of the first NLP newsletter and did his Master's thesis on Bandler and Grinder's 'Patterns of Communication and Change'. Bill was the founding editor of the first NLP newsletter (1978-1980) and he did his master's thesis (as they call them in the States) on Bandler and Grinder's "Patterns of Communication and Change." (The term NLP had not yet been invented). NLP had, and still has, a profound influence on him, his work and his life.

Charles W. Faulkner is an internationally recognised cognitive-behavioral modeler, speaker, innovator and trainer specialising in situation analysis and decision-making under uncertainty and complexity. Charles W. Faulkner is an internationally recognized cognitive-behavioral modeler, speaker, innovator and trainer specialising in situation analysis and decision-making under uncertainty and complexity. He is also a program and product developer and a noted author. He consults to individuals and executives of privately held firms and corporations on forms of influence, human decision-making, the human factors in risk management, leadership and change management. An NLP innovator and trainer, he studied with all of the original co-developers of NLP, and is one of only ten trainers certified by Steve and Connirae Andreas' NLP Comprehensive. He is a founding member of the UK NLP Research and Recognition Project. He is a principal in Influential Communications, Inc. His modeling projects include: medical and financial decision making, metaphoric identity and change, software development, and market wizards - which is featured in publications from "The New Market Wizards" (1992) to "Trend Following" (5th Edition 2017). He is the co/author of ten titles including "Metaphors of Identity" (1991), the book "NLP: The New Technology of Achievement" (1994), the systemic NLP change game "Trimurti" (2001), a new model of Influence (2002), and his reorganization of NLP with his Immersion method (2004). He precipitated a revision of the NLP idea of chunking into scope and category in 1991, and initiated a new investigation into metaphor with his series of programs on that topic. He is the former Director of Programs for NLP Comprehensive. He is a Diplomat of NLP granted by NLP International for his numerous contributions to the field, and the keynote speaker at the 2010 IASH Conference. Charles applies language-based tools to discovering the mix of analytic and emotional skills required for superior situation analysis and decision-making and action. His early work with futures traders is featured in interviews in books and journals including The New Market Wizards (1992) and The Intuitive Trader (1996), More recently, he contributed to the book Trend Following (2004) and the May 2005 issue of SFO. He is an invited speaker at professional associations including the CBOT, the FIA, the BPMG and others. He is best known for his cognitive-behavioral modeling of exceptionally talented individuals and groups. His projects include: a qualitative analysis of physician decision strategies used by 3M to market a prescription medicine, a re-modeling of an object-oriented software testing designer's methodologies for Hewlett-Packard that reducing training time from 5 days to 3 hours, a corporation's culture building processes for IBM's ETc business unit, and the decision strategies of a number of international ‘market wizards.' Charles is the trainer and the co-author of the book NLP: The New Technology of Achievement as well as the Nightingale-Conant audio program of the same name and the subsequent programs Success Mastery, Creating Irresistible Influence and the video NLP in Action. He has also produced an audio series of his lectures on how the metaphors of identity in individuals and organizations influence their values and actions, and how specific language influences action. He combined his knowledge of NLP and systems dynamics to create the coach tool and change game Trimurti. Charles continues to explore both the past and the future of the various forms of human consciousness. His latest work is investigating both the history of rhetoric and the increasing effects of technology.

Christina Hall

Christina is a dynamic teacher recognised for her integrity and for the sense of discovery and fun she brings into the learning environment. She has dedicated her professional life to advancing the field of NLP, inspired with a passion for supporting people in the accomplishment of their most meaningful goals to in ways that enrich their lives and relationships with others. She has developed an unparalleled system called "Poly-Contextual Models™" in which the underlying organizational processes and "meta patterns" are applicable to any presentation on any topic to any audience, group or individual. Since 1983, Christina has been an owner and President of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the original NLP certifying organisation established by Bandler & Grinder. She is the Director of The NLP Connection. In addition, Christina is also a Licensed Psychotherapist, a Certified Hypnotherapist and earned a Doctorate in Psychology and Neuro-Semantic Linguistics.

Eve Menezes Cunningham

Eve has been on Rapport's editorial team since 2007. She also runs The Feel Better Everyday Consultancy as well as writing for numerous publications. Eve Menezes Cunningham has been on Rapport's editorial team since 2007. She is an author, writing for numerous publications, is Chair of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Coaching Executive and runs The Feel Better Everyday Consultancy. She has been coaching since 2004 and became an NLP Master Practitioner in 2008. She is also an accredited counsellor, integrative clinical supervisor, yoga therapist and instructor, accredited advanced EFT practitioner, therapeutic coach and complementary therapist. She specialises in anxiety, trauma, sleep issues and helping people find purpose and meaning.

Judith Delozier

Judith DeLozier, an original co-developer of the field in NLP, has made fundamental contributions to the development of many core NLP models and processes.

Julie Silverthorn

Julie holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has been a Certified NLP Master Trainer since 1992 and is a Certified Hypnosis Master Trainer. Julie is currently based in Scottsdale, Arizona where Erickson's favorite, "Squaw Peak" sits in her backyard. While she never personally met Dr. Erickson she did meet Mrs. Betty Erickson and spent time with her in Erickson's office located on the grounds of their family home in Phoenix, Arizona. Her hobbies include feng shui, hiking, meditating and photography (several years ago she became a certified professional photographer). She loves to travel and has finally actualized her dream of living in a warm climate year-round! Julie and Russell Potts created the International Hypnosis Society to continue their passion for Hypnosis and to continue making contributions to the field. She is business partners with her first husband, John Overdurf, in their company, Neuro-Energetics. Together they have created many NLP patterns and resources, including co-writing Training Trances and Dreaming Realities. Julie also has her own corporation, AZ Seminars, Inc and trains with other institutes, in addition to Neuro-Energetics. In 2010, she co-founded The Positive School of Intrinsic NLP with Melody Cheal and Joe Cheal, Master Trainer's residing in Moggerhangger, UK. Through PSiNLP they annually offer a NLP Trainer's Training Certification Program in the UK.

Karen Falconer - Founder

Karen is CEO of both ANLP International CIC and the NLP International Conference Ltd, Editor of Rapport Magazine and author of The NLP Professional & a Committee Member of the NLP for Education Project. She is a certified NLP Trainer and is a Professional Certified mBIT coach. Karen is also a founder member of the NLP for Education Project and sits on the committee, is a founder member of the International NLP Research Committee, a member of the NLP Press Editorial Board, a Chair of Governors for a local primary school and winner of Hertfordshire Woman of the Year 2009. Karen is a great leader in her chosen field. She treads a precarious path and manages to act as host, negotiator, facilitator, arbiter, champion, ethical standard bearer amongst many other roles. She is committed to developing a process for the management of a diverse psychological approach while continuing to uphold her own standards for ANLP, which is to remain the Switzerland of the NLP Community, often in the face of considerable opposition, threats and challenges.

L. Michael Hall

Michael Hall started out in theology, moved to become a licensed psychotherapist, an NLP Trainer and then a modeller. He's written over 50 NLP books. L. Dr Hall began modeling human potentials in 1990 while working with Richard Bandler. He has completed 17 Modeling Projects: Resilience (1994), Wealth Creation (1996), Sales (1997), Women in Leadership (1997), Business Acumen (1997), Coaching (2001), Self-Actualization (2003), Benchmarking (2005), Collaborative Leadership (2013), etc. He chose these first to learn the skills himself and then to transfer to others. With the explorations into Self-Actualization Psychology, Dr Hall has become recognized as an expert on Maslow and the structure of actualizing one's potentials. That led to the discovery of the hidden history of NLP, how the first Human Potential Movement died, and the launching of a new Human Potential Movement in 2007 in Neuro-Semantics. He has published several books on Self-Actualization: Unleashed, Self-Actualization Psychology, Unleashing Leadership, Get Real (Authenticity), etc. Michael's first masters degree was in biblical language and literature, the second masters in Clinical Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology. Robert Dilts has a global reputation as a leading developer, author, coach, trainer and consultant in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Robert Dilts has a global reputation as a leading developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of NLP since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. A long time student and colleague of both Grinder and Bandler, Robert also studied personally with Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and Gregory Bateson. In addition to spearheading the applications of NLP to education, creativity, health, and leadership, his personal contributions to the field of NLP include much of the seminal work on the NLP techniques of Strategies and Belief Systems, and the development of what has become known as "Third Generation NLP."
