Carlo joined Alexander Swan in January 2021 and looks after corporate, small business and private clients, bringing over 30 years of insurance broking experience to the business. With a huge passion for building relationships with clients and insurers he ensures all customers enjoy a first-class service.
Carlo advises on niche sector risks including pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, landlords and personal insurance. Having quickly progressed to Director, Carlo is an integral part of Alexander Swan and his passion to build lasting client relationships is shared throughout the team.
Clare has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. This, coupled with her effervescence personality, makes dealing with your insurance a much more enjoyable experience!
The key focus of Clare's role is to be available to speak to our customers. Whether it's a new quotation, mid-term change, renewal, claim or general query, Clare is on hand to assist.
Clare has developed strong connections with customers gaining their trust and loyalty during her time at Alexander Swan.
As the Key Account Executive, Clare primarily deals with our specialist products and services for the window cleaning industry, tradesman, property owners and commercial customers.
Lisa joined us in June 2023 and specialises in landlord property, landlord home emergency, rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance. Having worked at senior level in the lettings industry for over 10 years, this has placed her perfectly for helping our landlord clients to choose the right options to cover their rental income and protect their assets.

Nicky has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, which was gained here at Alexander Swan. The skills she has developed over the years help to provide a flawless service to the customers of Alexander Swan.
The key focus of Nicky's role is to assist customers with any day-to-day questions and ensure their renewal process goes smoothly, as well as helping new customers get set up with a policy.
Nicky enjoys the variety and assortment of queries that each day involves, as well as the satisfaction of completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
As the Account Handler, Nicky manages her client accounts with care and attention, providing a friendly and personable service so that customers feel they can approach her at any time.
Pietro joined us in 2021 and fitted in perfectly with our existing team. Such a warm and friendly character with over ten years' experience in the industry. He is a huge asset to Alexander Swan and our future growth.
Since Pietro joined us we have been offering Private Car insurance again so we can now offer all products for those wanting all their policies under one roof. Pietro is very knowledgeable in different insurance sectors and since joining the team has extended his knowledge with niche markets such as; Window Cleaners using water fed pole systems, Ice Cream Vans, Catering Vehicles, Motorhomes and Specialists Vehicles.
With Pietro's excellent customer service background, he will make sure he delivers the best service possible and ensure all clients' needs are dealt with a personal touch.
