At our manufacturing facility is in Redditch, VSS design engineers and project managers work in partnership with our customers. From rough ideas we produce innovative designs, fully costed detailed specifications and CAD drawings. Homologation ensures we cover safety and environmental regulations. As required, FEA and other development processes are used to fine tune products and build prototypes for testing to destruction. We use XSensor pressure mapping technology to adjust Mouletec comfort parameters for each product type. Our plant includes unique mattress manufacturing equipment specially designed by us for producing the Mouletec contouring and shaping...
