Becca joined us in January 2024. An experienced Account Executive with a background in both sales and marketing Becca manages and coordinates marketing activities with clients, reporting and proactively looking for opportunities to improve results and assist in business growth.
Dani joined in September 2023 as Digital Designer and has a passion for digital design and a keen eye for detail. With nearly a decade of experience Dani has worked on a variety of challenging and inspiring creative projects including websites, social media graphics, app design, campaign and print media.
Emma joined the team as Communications Manager in early 2023. With over 15 years working in PR and Marketing across multiple sectors, Emma can lead and support in developing and driving your brand's communications strategy. Proficient in targeting local and national media to generate newsworthy content, nurturing relationships, and managing a robust press office system.
Joel joined the Technical team in March 2020. A graduate from the University of Portsmouth with a BSc (Hons) in Web Technologies, Joel is an SEO and PPC expert, Google Ads Certified for Search, Shopping & Display and is our lead front end Web Developer for WordPress sites.
Matt joined the team in 2008 to support the expansion of our digital work. He was promoted to Technical Director in 2013 and is responsible for the technical elements of our online services, our IT and leads the development of web applications and business systems.
Co-founder and owner with over 25 years of experience in high-level sales & marketing, Richard's commercial insight and extensive skills have helped many businesses thrive. Responsible for the overall running of the agency, he also leads new business and strategic marketing consultancy.
Rowena joined us in June 2021. With over a decade of management experience in the Design & Marketing industry, Rowena has helped many clients from numerous sectors. In this key role, Rowena ensures that all client and project needs are delivered to the gold standard from start to finish, managing operational delivery as well as having involvement in finance, sales & marketing.
