Claire is a truly local businesswoman having lived all her life in the mid-Somerset village of Street. Claire was educated locally at both Crispin Comprehensive School and Millfield Independent School and furthered her studies at the University of Bath. On graduating in 1994, Claire joined an International Recruitment Company and over the past 25 years or so, has worked both nationally and regionally in the UK, with her emphasis being predominately on delivering recruitment solutions to the Somerset business world. Claire has unrivalled knowledge of both the applicant and client base in the South West and has worked with the majority of employers in this region from the multi-nationals to the smaller independent companies that together make up the wonderfully diverse business community that we are proud to live and work in.

Jane is also a local businesswoman having been educated and brought up in the West Country. Jane is a senior HR professional with 25 years proven experience in all aspects of human resources in Asia and the UK. Jane was educated locally at both Crispin Comprehensive School and Millfield Independent School. Jane has a BA Hons from Reading University and an MA from the University of the West of England, Bristol. Jane also holds the C.I.P.D Accreditation. Having managed KPMG Peat Marwick's Human Resources Consultancy Division in Hong Kong for six years, Jane returned to the UK and was instrumental in the setting up and subsequent launch of Nat West Life, Bristol where she headed up the Personnel and Training Function. Currently, Jane is involved in numerous consultancy projects.
