CAMBRIONIX - Key Persons
Andy was appointed the CEO of Cambrionix in October 2023. He joined from Amazon, where he spent fourteen years spanning five diverse roles.
Most recently he was European MD & Global Chief Commercial Officer for the AWS ‘Just Walk Out' B2B Technology Division. Prior to this he was European Managing Director for the Amazon Devices business that introduced Amazon Alexa/Echo and Fire TV to tens of millions of homes across Europe. He has also held leadership positions in Amazon's Retail, Marketplace and Physical Stores business units.
Four recurrent themes throughout Andy's career have been; relentless customer obsession, commercial focus, innovative technology and building and developing world-class winning teams. These themes have been consistent across all his management roles spanning buying, planning, sales, business development and product.
Anthony has held Product Management roles within the tech industry for 10+ years. He has previously held roles at Viglen and XMA where he developed and grew their ranges of OEM desktop workstations and tablet devices, and managed core brands including Dell and Toshiba.
In his most recent role at Detectortesters, Anthony was part of the development and launch of the world's first IoT test solution for servicing of fire detection systems, delivering automated reporting and in-app services to fire maintenance companies around the globe.

Emma has over 15 years experience in marketing, communications and content production within the STEM sector.
Prior to joining Cambrionix, she spent five years at Audio Analytic as Senior Marketing Manager and was involved the creation and execution of their marcomms strategy around their AI technology, with the company being acquired by Meta in October 2022.
She went on to start her own creative marketing agency, supporting eleven STEM sector businesses to accelerate their marketing and sales results. Cambrionix was a client and in seeing the product and market potential, she joined the team in October 2023.

Gordon is a Deloitte qualified Chartered Accountant with almost 30 years experience in Cambridge based technology companies. He was part of the team involved in the NASDAQ listing of Smallworld and was CFO when Ubisense (now IQGEO) listed on AIM. He has been involved in numerous private funding rounds including the raising of £65m for UbiNetics and in excess of £100m for Pragmatic Semiconductor. He has also been involved in numerous M&A deals that has given him exposure to accounting in 20 countries around the world.
Iain has 25+ years experience in sales and business development related roles within the tech industry. He has been part of three major tech launches: Motorola RAZR, Shazam and Alexa, and 2 successful tech start-up exits to big tech organisations.
Prior to joining Cambrionix in March 2023, his role at Audio Analytic as VP of Sales and Business Development, involved transforming the company sales strategy, processes and growth, leading to a successful exit to Meta in October 2022.
Iain spent five years at Amazon where he built and lead the EU Devices Business Development team, focusing on Echo device partnerships with major Energy, Telecom and Insurance partners. He also spent eight years at Shazam, leading mobile business development and helped scale the business from 50 to 300 staff, delivering over a 1Bn app downloads, leading to the company's acquisition by Apple.
