Parkersarms was taken over by Kathy and Stosie in January 2007, a derelict abandoned landmark pub brought back to life... We offer modern British dishes using the finest regional produce and never tire of researching historic Lancashire dishes, reviving them in our own special way such as Kathy's Wet Nelly one of our most popular puddings, a true Parker's classic. Summers bring whole local day boat fish simply charcoal grilled to perfection and anointed with the freshest of dressings. Our delicious hearty Lancashire hotpot in a light broth, a recipe inspired by Kathy's Lancastrian father and firm winter favourite was featured on BBC world travel... We are featured in all major guide books, such as the illustrious Harden's where we have been High Scorers since 2013, a The Good Food Guide restaurant and top 100 winner and many national & local publications.
