DANIEL BLAGDON

Job Titles:
  • Disability Training and Development Officer
Daniel originally joined the Achieve Potentials Team as a Volunteer in October 2008. Since then he has developed his knowledge and skills and is now a fully qualified member of staff. Daniel has a background of working with severely disabled children and young adults and was previously a personal carer for 9 years. Daniel now specialises in providing personal assistance for Achieve Potentials' vulnerable adult clients and in disability sports delivery. Fully qualified in Trail Leaders, Cycle Leaders and Bikeability Tuition, Daniel is a key deliverer in Achieve Potentials' Cycling Programmes.

Garry Clutterbrook

Job Titles:
  • Director / Senior Delivery Officer
has over 10 years experience of delivering sporting activity and education to children, young people and adults. In addition to being a fully qualified Sports Leader trainer and assessor plus holding many sport coaching qualifications, Garry is also a trainer/assessor in First Aid, Health and Safety and Manual Handling. Passionate about sport and education, all of the benefits it can bring and skills to be generated from it; Garry provides a tireless energy and enthusiasm that will engage even the most difficult or reluctant of learners.

KATHRYN FIELDING

Job Titles:
  • Disability Training and Development Officer
Kathryn has a degree in Sports Science plus a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and has taught within the School of Sport and Fitness at a mainstream college. She has also worked as a Regional Resource Officer (Visual Impairments) at the Federation of Disability Sports Organisations (FDSO) and as a Regional Leisure Officer for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). She is a qualified coach in a number of sports but specialises in Goalball and has worked with players at all levels from beginners to Paralympians. She is also a qualified Goalball referee and regularly ‘whistles' at domestic tournaments.
