Dawn, an experienced accountant, acts as consultant to the practice. Dawn reconciles the company ledgers to the bank accounts and prepares accounts and Corporation Tax returns for submission to Companies House.

Jackie joined the company in June 2013, she carries out management administration in the office, including organising all forms of insurance and instructing contractors. She is working towards becoming an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
Matthew joined the company in September 2010. He has an HNC in Building Surveying and is a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. Matthew regularly inspects the managed properties, oversees Health & Safety matters, instructs works and investigates reported defects..
Peter is a Chartered Surveyor based in Wimborne since 1988. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. The practice of Peter G May undertakes residential valuations, Homebuyers & building surveys, schedules of dilapidations, rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial properties. As part of the practice, a specialist Professional Management Practice was established in 1999.
Rhona prepares all surveys and schedules of dilapidation for Peter, she also monitors the lift inspections & defect reports, and prepares & submits the annual Companies House confirmation statements for the managed properties
Sue joined the company in 2007 and carries out all general bookkeeping duties, including paying contractors, monthly bank reconciliations and handling payment of service charges. She works closely with the external accountant.
