Denis O'Connell is a founding partner and director of Proven Project Solutions. He has held a number of high level positions within the industry having taken a traditional career path starting life as a main contractor's Quantity Surveyor. Denis has managed in a commercial capacity a diverse range of projects in all of the key sectors including Rail, Utilities, Building and Civil Engineering. Denis has expertise in all of the principal model of forms of contract and he has vast knowledge of the key aspects of the project from production of tender documentation to estimating through to commercial management of the contract. He also has extensive experience in the dispute resolution field. It is this experience and Denis's solid framework of knowledge that will allow the firm to provide our clients with a quality service that can be relied upon.

Mish is a founding partner and director of Proven Project Solutions and he is responsible for commercial management, quantity surveying and commercial systems and procedures. Mish graduated as a Civil Engineer then moved into the quantity surveying field which has given him varied knowledge within the engineering and construction sectors. The types of projects that Mish has been involved with have ranged from civil engineering, high-end luxury developments, hotels, groundworks, rail, drainage, telecoms, electric and water projects. He has been responsible from the estimating and tender stage to contract award and to final account stages and this has given him experience on different types of contracts, measurement methods, cost control and commercial management. It is this diverse experience and knowledge that allows Mish to provide a quality service as a commercial consultant.
