David Carver Associates is a firm of Chartered Surveyors providing professional advice on residential property matters, particularly in the South West London and North Surrey areas... My name Is David Carver and I am a Chartered Surveyor and ‘Fellow' of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). I provide high quality Level 2 ‘Intermediate' surveys and Level 3 ‘Building Surveys' on residential properties in South London and North Surrey - and I have been undertaking this type of work for more than 30 years... I originally set up the business in 2006, working from my then home town of New Malden and whilst I have since moved out to Little Bookham, near Leatherhead, I have retained bases in Wimbledon and Surbiton - and I will continue to work in these and the surrounding areas that I know well.
