Boss Employment CIC works to promote the employment of people with learning difficulties by working with our partners to make sure that more people get a chance to think about work, and access the support they need... We are a small team of people who have lots of experience supporting people into work, inclusive education, setting up co-ops and social firms and working with local authorities to develop services... Although we are based in the South West and work closely with the Local Authorities there, we also work all over the country, helping Family Carers Groups, Local Authorities, Support Providers and social enterprises create more employment opportunities.
