Adam Brown - Chief Commercial Officer

Adam heads up a high performing team that source, negotiate and integrate best of breed SaaS acquisitions that extend the breadth and quality of Access' products and customer base.  Adam joined Access in 2011 from his previous role as EMEA CFO for Avid Inc, bringing a wealth of experience in managing successful mergers and acquisitions in fast-growing tech companies. Adam and his team manage multiple annual acquisitions, all of which add value to Access' product strategy, customer success and financial results. Adam is focused on driving key initiatives that drive up company value and building high performing teams that deliver results.

Adrian Foley

Adrian was born and raised in Cork, now the location of our local head office in Ireland. He joined The Access Group in 2022 as Managing Director for Ireland. Adrian has a proven track record in building international multi-lingual organisations, has executed several mergers and acquisitions, and has a passion for assisting customers and prospects in finding value from the Access solution portfolio. Adrian spent many years in various roles within the IT industry working with indigenous Irish companies to US multinationals. He held global roles in EMC International, managing the EMEA Inside sales teams, the Global mid-market OEM team as well as a global role running the Enterprise content division with teams in the US, EMEA and APJ. He spent 6 years with VMware as Director for Sales in EMEA, encompassing a graduate program, demand generation and sales teams covering 20 countries. Most recently he was responsible for building the Global sales and DG teams for Teamwork, a global SaaS company. Adrian enjoys playing football, golf and a little tennis. At weekends, he can be found watching his long-supported football team, Liverpool, when not coaching, dropping or collecting 1 of his 4 kids.

Caroline Fanning

Caroline leads The Access Group's Global Employee Success team and is responsible for delivering people programs worldwide, from talent acquisition to employee development. Before joining Access, Caroline was Chief People Officer at Avanade, where she delivered a successful growth-orientated people strategy to support the company's expansion, elevating employee experiences to attract, develop, reward and retain skilled talent. Caroline joined Avanade in 2016 as Europe HR lead. In 2018, she assumed responsibility for Global Business HR, working with teams on initiatives such as using predictive analytics to manage attrition, organisational effectiveness and developing a consistent employee experience. Caroline is passionate about creating a great experience for all employees. She combines significant strategic and operational experience, with effective people strategies to promote genuine people engagement and drive business performance.

Champa Magesh

Joining Access at Managing Director of Hospitality, Champa has over two decades of international business experience and is a seasoned results-driven leader in orchestrating transformative growth across payments, technology and travel industries. Formerly, Champa was President of Trainline Partner Solutions and a member of the executive team of Trainline PLC (a FTSE 250 technology company), where she was responsible for scaling the division's revenue and shaping the company's B2B strategy. Prior to this, Champa was Executive Vice President for Retail Travel Channels and Managing Director Europe Middle East & Africa at Amadeus, a global top 10 software company where she led the growth of a division with a global footprint across 190 countries. Champa has also held significant leadership positions in American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland and Cisco Systems. She has an MBA & Master's in Information Management from Arizona State University. Champa is also currently Non-executive Director and member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees at GPE, a FTSE 250 REIT. With over two decades of experience navigating the complexities of international business, Champa Magesh is a seasoned results-driven leader in orchestrating transformative growth across payments, technology and travel industries.

Charles Butterworth

Charles joined Access in February 2021 to lead the Access Group's human resources, payroll, learning & development and compliance teams and solutions. His role includes further integration of company acquisitions into the Access People division for the benefit of customers, partners and employees. Charles is an accomplished leader of large teams across multiple locations and disciplines and has over 25 years' experience in the technology, telecommunications and investment banking sectors, including as Managing Director, Experian UK & Ireland and EMEA.  Charles focuses on delivering results through the development of new capabilities and high performing teams; he is passionate about people and leads by example, focusing on employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Before joining Experian, Charles enjoyed an eight-year career with Vodafone Group as Group M&A Director, and Investor Relations Director, with his final position as Chief Executive, Vodafone Ireland, which he held for three years.

Chris Bayne - CEO

Chris founded Armstrong Consultants in 1993, which Access subsequently acquired in 2008, and he progressed quickly to become CEO of The Access Group in 2011. Chris has been the driving force of the Group's uninterrupted and profitable revenue growth for over 15 years. He has led each private equity investment round, resulting in Access becoming the largest UK headquartered software company with fast-moving global expansion into Asia Pacific. Chris is a technology visionary and has been instrumental in developing Access Workspace, which revolutionises business software targeting mid-market organisations and gives them the freedom to do more. Under Chris' leadership, Access has grown substantially and he has created a culture in which employees love their work. He inspires people across the Group to strive for excellence and innovation, deliver value for its customers and make Access better every day.

Christian Fleck

Christian brings to The Access Group a wealth of global management experience in the information and technology industries. His core expertise is in driving innovation and growth in digital information and technology solutions and in global expansion and new market entry, making him very well-placed to expand Access' market-leading suite of recruitment software solutions in the UK and internationally. Christian and his team are working to change how the recruitment industry uses technology to drive revenue, improve productivity and gain efficiency, positively impacting their profitability and giving them a competitive edge in a crowded market. Born and raised in Germany, before joining Access Christian was President and Managing Director of LexisNexis UK, Ireland and the Pacific Region, leading an organization of 1500 people.  He previously led businesses in continental Europe and Latin America. Christian started his career in banking and strategy consulting.

Claire Carter

With a pedigree of over 20 years' experience working in the field of tax and accounting, Claire joined Access from Wolters Kluwer where she held the role of CEO of Europe, responsible for several countries with a portfolio of over 250 products and services. Claire previously held executive roles for companies including Alliance & Leicester, Morgan Stanley and Sage. Claire has a legacy of building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence and efficiency, focusing on transforming organisations and strategies aligned to emerging markets. Claire is an insightful and knowledgeable leader who believes that business success is directly linked to authenticity. In her view "there's no such thing as can't" and by being transparent and genuine in all that you do, you will earn the respect and support of those around you, to create a winning team and a winning mindset. Diego Baldini

Diego brings a wealth of international and multicultural experience in cybersecurity technologies, management of policies and compliance initiatives, leadership of security teams and engagement in the massive cybersecurity community. Diego has dedicated his career to cybersecurity and was the first CISO of Renault Group in Paris, France; before that, he was the CISO of HERE Technologies in Berlin. He has held multiple cybersecurity leadership positions at Nokia Corporation in Finland and China. Diego has over 23 years of experience working in multinational companies covering a wide variety of different industries: Software Development, Automotive, Internet, Information Technology & Services, Consumer Electronics, and Telecommunications. Diego has worked and lived for several years in Finland, China, Germany, France and the UK.

Emma de Sousa

Fabrice Dreneau

Fabrice joined Access keen to support the growth journey and bring extensive leadership across various senior roles, including Professional Services, Customer Success, Industry Marketing and Sales. Formerly Senior Vice President at Qlik, Fabrice led a global Customer Success team and was responsible for the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewals, and expansion on Qlik accounts over $100K ARR.

Giulio Montemagno

With 25 years of extensive general management, operations and strategy experience, Giulio has a distinguished career as a technology executive in commerce, payments and online media. He has a strong track record in starting and scaling businesses within fast-growing, tier-1 technology companies and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement. Before joining Access, he was the Executive Vice President of Payments-Platform-as-a-Service at Ingenico. Before that, Giulio held pivotal senior leadership roles at Amazon, RetailMeNot, PayPal, and eBay across Europe. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School. Giulio joined Access as Managing Director of the Access Payments division in February 2024 and is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the business unit.

Jon Jorgensen

Jon took up the position of Chief Sales Officer at Access in October 2010 and has since, through a re-imagination of the sales engine, delivered double-digit organic growth year on year. Jon ran one of the largest Access resellers that was subsequently acquired in 2005, after which he became MD for the first direct sales and delivery model at Access.  Jon has been a major driving force in each of the Access Group private equity investment rounds and is responsible for the business development of the Group. Driving the adoption of Access Workspace technology, Jon is committed to transforming the way business software is used, creating a culture of apps so employees can interact with and consume business systems like never before.

Kerry Agiasotis

Kerry transitioned to The Access Group in June 2021, following the acquisition of Sage Group's local businesses in Asia Pacific. As President of Access Asia Pacific, Kerry is responsible for leading what has become a significant part of the company, growing rapidly organically, and through acquisitions of businesses aligned towards driving value for customers, partners and employees. A C-suite leader in global business, Kerry has over 30 years of experience in the IT and financial services industries. Before joining Access, Kerry was Executive Vice President of Sage Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for Sage's continued growth in the Asia Pacific region including Australia.

Mark Billingham

Mark joined Access in 2024 in a newly created strategic role to lead the CX function. With an accomplished record of driving customer satisfaction across global businesses, Mark was previously UK Managing Director for Capita Experience UK where he looked after Capita UK's portfolio of customers focused on CX transformation, successfully providing great outcomes for major blue-chip organisations across multiple industries. Mark brings a wealth of expertise in operational and outsourcing management, transformation and customer experience. Prior to Capita, Mark held the role of Group Customer Care and Experience Director & COO of Financial Services at The Very Group, the UK's largest integrated online retailer and financial services business, and has also held executive leadership roles at British Gas and as Customer Experience Director at Vodafone. Mark is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience across Access, fostering a culture of exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement.

Marko Perisic

Marko has overall responsibility for Product and Engineering at The Access Group. Before joining, he was Chief Products and Technology Officer for Zellis, transforming the company from transactional payroll processing into a modern HCM SaaS solution.  Marko also had a 12-year career at Microsoft, where he was General Manager for Dynamics 365 for SMB globally, transforming the legacy suite of on-premise products into a hyper-scaling global SaaS solution.  After graduating from Carleton University in Canada, Marko led several organisations giving him a unique breadth of experience working in start-ups, corporate and now private equity environments, across various segments and industries, in different countries, but always in B2B applications.  Marko has valuable expertise in successfully "lifting and shifting" solutions based on old technology, into modern SaaS solutions ready for the digital age. His track record in the technology space puts him in an excellent position to support Access's next growth phase and continue to deliver the Group's Access Workspace strategy.

Pooja Singh

Pooja joined Access from Google, where over four years she scaled up and established Google Operations Centres across four locations in Asia-Pacific, growing the team from zero to 5,000. Pooja sits on the Access APAC leadership team and is responsible for the launch and delivery of the GO Centres in APAC, supporting the Group's global expansion. Before her tenure at Google, Pooja held pivotal leadership roles at organisations such as Cognizant and Tata Consultancy Services, where she played an instrumental role in setting up and managing key accounts and fostering language-intensive capabilities offshore under the BFSI vertical. Pooja's extensive experience in managing internationally dispersed and culturally diverse teams, along with her proven track record in driving operational excellence, supports the Group's commitment to innovation and client-centric solutions.

Radu Giju

Radu joined the Access Group in 2021, taking on the role of Managing Director for its fast- growing division in Romania. Radu has a strong track record of delivering top-line growth and targeted margins, while demonstrating success in an international, entrepreneurial environment. Prior to joining the Group, Radu was Group Vice President at Atos with a focus across five global regions. He also spent five years at Siemens in Munich focusing on resource, offshore and capacity management across all activities in infrastructure and cloud computing. Radu's specific strengths are in outsourcing, transition, change management, management of people and service delivery in large enterprises and is leading a significant investment for Access in this exciting country.

Rob Binns - CFO

Rob Binns joined Access in June 2019, bringing over 20 years of finance experience in the technology sector, primarily software in various roles at both private and public companies. Rob is responsible for all finance, accounting, and tax matters of the company and overseeing Information and Data, transforming the team to scale and support the growth and aspirations of the Access business. Rob's previous roles include a variety of senior positions, including Group Treasurer at HP Inc. and Vice President and CFO, HP Software. Rob was CFO at Finastra, a large global financial services software company, where he oversaw Finance, Legal, Risk, and IT functions.

Simon Baines

Simon joined Access in April 2019 to lead the Non Profit and Education Division. He oversees all functions within the division and brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to the teams ensuring they provide industry-leading technology that gives our customers the freedom to impact the lives of young people and those in need. Simon has spent the last 20 years in the technology sector working in both management roles and as a private equity investor. He is passionate about helping our customers stay one step ahead of the challenges facing their industry and organisations.  Before joining Access Simon was Chief Executive Officer of Microgen Financial Systems, a UK-based international financial services software business.

Steve Sawyer

Steve joined Access in August 2013, with over 20 years' experience in the Care and NFP sectors in a range of commercial, consulting and technical roles at software providers and client organisations. In July 2014, Steve launched Access Health and Social Care, taking over as Managing Director for the division in July 2019. Today, the Access Health, Support & Care division is a leading provider to the UK's local government, health and social care sectors. Steve provides strategic leadership to one of the fastest-growing divisions within Access, heading up a team of over 800 dedicated professionals in Health, Local Government and Social Care. Steve's team provides specialist solutions to more than 10,000 registered care providers, c50 NHS trusts and c200 local authorities. Steve's vision is to deliver better health, support and care services, give customers the freedom to make a difference, and facilitate a positive, personal experience for every individual and case within the HSC network. 

Terry Taylor - COO

An expert in building and scaling private equity-backed SaaS software businesses and high-performance teams, Terry uses his Access and international experience to help scale and shape multiple global programs across divisions, functions and regions. He drives the progression of our world-class operating model, positioning Access for further international opportunities. Terry has global responsibility for building the Group's Global Operations Centres/Centre of Excellence concept, strategy and operations to enable and support the ongoing growth and internationalisation of our divisions and functions. He also has overall accountability for Professional Services, Support and Customer Success functions across Access. Terry joined Access in 2015 from Salesforce, bringing extensive international leadership across various senior roles and technology sectors including software, services, and telecoms. Before this Terry held leadership roles in sales, new product development and partner/channels business with Microsoft, AT&T and Citibank in Asia, USA and EMEA.

Teté Soto - CMO

Teté leads a high-performing team of marketers and sales development executives, delivering Access' marketing strategy, creating demand for its innovative products and positioning Access as the leading cloud technology provider for the mid-market. Teté joined Access in 2022. As an experienced marketer and commercial leader, she brings significant cross-functional and cross-sector experience to Access. Teté joined Access from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Amigo Technology, a cloud-based technology platform. Between 2013 and 2021 she held several senior roles at O2, including Customer Marketing Director, General Manager of Online and Multichannel, and Transformation Director. Prior to O2, Teté worked at AllSaints and Dixons, building their eCommerce businesses. Teté's early career was in strategy consulting at Bain and Company and she holds an MBA from INSEAD. Teté is a passionate and focused leader who values excellence in execution, teamwork and inclusivity as key drivers of success.
